★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Victor was great! He helped us on selecting a right car. During the shortage of new car, he explained to us the different waiting time. He was so patience and nice. The whole purchase experience was happy and we got the right car on the first visit. In collecting the car, he introduced us the car features and really patience in answering our questions. If you need a Cantonese speaker, go find Victor. He won’t disappoint you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My tire got nailed in, I didn't make appointment and just drove into Vancouver Honda for tire service. Even that day was fully booked, but they were still able to help. Waiting about 2 hours (it's OK because it's Saturday and I had no appointment) the tire was fixed, sanitized and washed, and made me surprised that no charge. I really appreciate their service and attitude, for sure I will come back for my vehicle's next service.

Was able to seal the deal with fantastic help from Jay Park, his manager Stefan was very personable too and was the second to greet me in the store. Jay called me back yesterday to confirm I had no more questions regarding my new car. I did and was very grateful he reached out. Will be recommending this location to any friends in the market for a car :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The purchasing experience at Vancouver Honda was easy and relaxed. Edmund Chan was excellent. He never made us feel pressured. He was respectful, knew the product and able to explain the vehicle and the process. Honestly the best experience we had purchasing a vehicle.
Everyone from the General Manager through to reception were welcoming and interested.
Would go there again in a minute!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picked up our new Honda Accord today!Anyone want to buy a new Honda? Highly recommended going to Vancouver Honda. If you want exceptional care and honesty ask for Jay Park. Jay went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new 2022 Honda Accord. Prior to getting the car Jay kept me up to date with the delivery updates on the car and all of its features. Today before I left with the car he made sure there was no stone unturned. He explained every single feature about the car (exterior,interior,options,etc) and provided us details on when to bring in the car for out first service. Jay is the definition of a great salesman! Also huge shout out to Joanne Nguyen (financial service manager). Instead of rushing through things and trying to charge us unnecessary items like many other dealerships do, Joanne made sure to provide us with the best options as per our needs. She gave us all the time to think without rushing us once. She was very sincere and honest with all the information she provided to make sure we had the best experience. She is also very knowledgeable about all types of packages, add-ons, and loan options (she knows what she's doing) She can match all your needs! Overall had an outstanding experience with Vancouver Honda and so much can be said about these amazing two individuals.
