I stumbled across this dealership and came in due to no appointment necessary and due to touting a 30 minute oil change. I came in at 11:40. I wanted the basic package for the 30 minute oil change, plus, switching over to my mounted all seasons. So this is what I got. By the time everything was done it was already nearly three. I was at this dealership for over three hours, on a 30 minute oil change and tire swap on mounted tires! Everyone that came in left! I was the only one in the waiting room by the time my car was done with. In addition to this, I found crumbs in my car after servicing the vehicle! Attached to this review is clearly fresh grease and crumbs by my shifter and in my parking break area. Seriously! Zoom in on the picture! Fresh looking grease! I literally just came back from a month long trip yesterday and did not eat in my car, and neither travel in my car aside from getting gas the night prior! That is definitely not my mess! Ewww! I guess the 30 minute oil change is free thing is either false, as the oil change was not deducted from my bill. I was told the latest it would be done was 2:00 but likely before that. Little did I know, I had to wait an extra hour on top of when they told me the latest it would be done by was. Horrible experience. The service advisor guy was fairly nice, however. But an apology for the long wait would have been nice. Shame because this dealership is super close to home and I would have come back frequently if it were not for todays mess.

The team that surrounds him was supportive and professional. My relationship to my car had to be special and I’m lucky I found them because they got me on the road and going the right direction. Although my car is older and has a few issues, the care and detail that was taken towards my car was amazing. I was promptly attended to when I arrived and was given a short assessment before heading to the waiting room. The service technician Patrick was very attentive and provided updates regarding my vehicle throughout the process. Even through the entire oil and filter change, inspection and car wash took less than 30 minutes, they provided detailed information regarding my car including the tires and all fluid levels. I've been to a few different service centers and auto mechanics but I've never had such amazing professionals do a such a complete job within a short amount of time. Thank you to Patrick and the other amazing technicians that worked on my ride. They also did a great job with the car wash and vacuuming of the front seats. For the quality of service and speed, the price is very reasonable. Will definitely becoming back for my next service appointments!

He even drove me to Bank, my son school to pick him up while waiting for the process done. We definitely recommend Wayne for my friends and we will come back for our second car.

If you are looking at getting into a new car I definitely would recommend going to destination Honda and talking to Wayne. I’m very picky when it comes to cars and Wayne was very helpful in getting me into something I really enjoy driving.

He gave me useful and feasible advice which made the purchase process of my CRV smooth and hassle free. They promised us to get a new auto on the scheduled date and we did really get it. When we had any questions, they had good patience listening to our problems and help us out. After we bought the auto, the Sales Manager Brian offered us a lot of aftercare service to us too. We did appreciate their excellent services and highly recommended our friends to go to buy auto over there.
