★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my very first car from destination honda burnaby just over two years ago. They were very transparent, easy to deal with and very professional. They called me multiple times to let me know how the process was going, every step of the way. They had a car service pick me up to take me to the dealership when anything needed signed and when i was getting my car. Their insurance man at the time was amazing and still to this day does my insurance.
It was a pleasant and exciting experience that i am forever grateful for.
My only flaw with them is that my interest rate was 20.99% for two years before i got contacted by them to lower it. (Which is still a 5 star because my young credit and i am part to blame for not initiating sooner)
Every time my car needed servicing, Brandon was there with a smile, handling all my concerns, every technician would greet me and was very friendly and professional. Brandon specifically i dealt with often took care of literally all my needs and made me feel good about any work being done, always returned calls.
I was offered a lowered interest rate at 13.99% for my vehicle, after hearing i decided to shop around and see who else could offer me better for a vehicle that was newer.
Im writing this review because i regretfully went with another dealer ship. And have received inexcusable service, i got a lower interest rate but i feel robbed out of an exciting experience that getting a new car should be.
I feel its important to praise Destination Honda Burnaby for the amazing service they give, and if I was able to undo it I would go back in a heart beat.
