★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal brought our brand new Malibu in to be polished as dealer we purchases it at had left a bunch of polishing swirls all over car was told they could get them out got car back looked ok until I washed it once then same polishing swirls were back as if job was never done went back and guy tried to tell me that they were swirls from washing car guess you cant fool everyone with your detailing spray that's why you didn't want me to wash my car for a week because you knew what was going to happen poor customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my van in for an emergency interior shampoo. I forgot about a 4 litre jug of milk that lay on its side in my van for 4 days of 30 degree heat, slowly soaking into the floor rug (thankfully removable) but still spilling over onto the surrounding carpet. The smell was horrific. Even though they were booked, they fit me in to do a thorough cleaning of the main area of the spill. They were very courteous and did a great job. I will definitely be going back to get the rest of my van cleaned after this. I'm sure they do a fantastic job with fancy, expensive vehicles but they can also handle the well-used and sometimes abused, family minivan! :)
