★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my car for an engine shampoo after visits from some rats. I really needed a good clean to ensure all traces of the rat’s food and urine were gone.
I was told the wash would take an hour and that they would shampoo and pressure wash affected areas. I received a call 20 minutes after I dropped off my vehicle saying that two people worked on my car, and the engine was now clean and dry. When I lifted the hood, I was shocked by how dirty it looked. I could still see bits of food and grease all over. Dave (?) seemed annoyed when I pointed out the dirty areas and tried to convince me the engine was clean. Very disappointed with the experience and definitely would NOT recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic work and pricing. Had a very dirty black car that has seen a lot of construction sites and camping backroads over the years. They managed to buff out the scratches and make both the interior and exterior look brand new. Staff is responsive and accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the interior detailing few days ago for my civic, inside looked good. However, when I was home I just saw the visors were still dirty. It could have been 5 stars if they didn't forget to wipe/clean the visor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time here and I was impressed by how friendly and hard working Mark and his team were. My only tip for customers is to do a thorough inspection once they're done. I forgot to look under my rear seats and they had completely skipped vacuuming that part! I brought the car in with the rear seats folded down so they definitely should've seen it when they did the car interior. Other than this oversight I'm very pleased with the quality of their car wash and detailing - there were some dog hair stubbornly imbedded in the upholstery and they did a great job removing those!
