★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke this company is, came in too do a medium sized job..move electrical panel to different location and some other minor work..ends up they cut all the cable and telephone wires about the ceiling tiles ..we had two light switches ended up with one ..had no power for 3 months for other contractors to work with light ..had to go to breaker and switch all breakers back on to get light ..eventually all that turning on and off blew are hot water tank..called numerous times to come finish but ignored our concerns, Andrew was the first rookie to make a mess then eventually Ricco cones in and basically did nothing to address our two light switches and leaves..I call secretary with my concern no call back..this mickey mouse company I would strongly agree not to use and surprised how incompotent there electricians are..a small job and couldn't even do it right and made it worse..PATHETIC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lux Electric Group worked with us on a complete renovation of a 3 bedroom penthouse suite in the Yaletown area for all electrical installation: fixture installation, hook ups for wifi, entry system, Lutron Caseta system for lights, blinds, all appliances, new wall sockets, new modern counter pop up sockets, hidden/under counter usb ports etc. I may not have gotten the names correct as I am not very savvy about these things, but suffice to say we have all we need because Lux Electric Group, from the owners, leaders to the electrician who worked with us, to the admins and schedulers were amazingly helpful, courteous, professional, on time, experts in their field and just a complete pleasure to work with. They accommodated us, guided us, gave great advice and opinions, which we really appreciated, but never pushy. They gave us options and the pros and cons, and we were able to decide or asked for their recommendation if we weren't sure. In the end, all I know is, we couldn't ask for any more...everything we need is taken care of and we are very happy to enjoy the renovated suite thanks in big part to Lux Electric Group taking great care of all the electrical work so we don't have a care in the world. So very comforting to know. I highly recommend doing business with Lux Electric Group! Signed, very happy clients ?
