As soon as we turn onto 2nd Ave, Enzo can barely contain his excitement and the minute we exit the car he's ready to race up the stairs to greet all his pup besties & amazing human friends. We initially brought Enzo to Fairytails where he had tons of fun, but we were thrilled a location popped up closer to our home & even more ecstatic that Enzo loved Luckys just as much as he loved Fairytails. At both locations Enzo has been safely cared for & lovingly cuddled, and we love the online photo updates throughout the day as well as the in person updates that is sometimes but not always shared - because obviously rush hour pick-up can be chaotic at times. We have tried other daycares, and encountered confused staff/messed payments/lack of knowing-caring about each unique dog and we have none of those worries here. We love the staff at Luckys & Fairytails, and thank them for taking such good care of our boy!
J	Jen Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't normally go out of my way to leave reviews -- but after months of research and trials at other daycares, Lucky's is the only daycare I trust with my dog. They really go above and beyond to care for their dogs. The Lucky's girls hold safety at a very high standard -- which is what you want to see at a dog daycare. When my dog was having some obedience issues, they worked with us on getting a recommended trainer, and I felt taken care of the whole time. They are very upfront and transparent, and take time to walk you through any questions you have. You can tell they really care about their job and their dogs.
D	Dope Sheet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a few reasons why I will not be bringing my dog back to Lucky's. Firstly they mishandle your dog. My dog was 4 months the first time she went to lucky's and they told me they grabbed her by the collar and she bit them. Why are you grabbing my dog? The second time they said they grabbed her by the body and she bit them. They told us they should not be touching her - but why did it happen BOTH times? For dog handlers I really don't think they understand how to interact with puppies. My dog developed an extreme fear to her harness after going here. She also got sick both times. The first time a bacterial eye infection, and the second time kennel cough. They also sell pack for days and half days but they expire within line 2 months. I compared this with other daycares in the area and albeit (I do not agree that they should expire at all - and I dont understand how its ok - but thats on BC law not them) they also have expiration dates they are mostly a year. We will not be back.
K	Karen Fitzpatrick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Lucy loves it here. As soon as I drive up she knows where she is and is going to have a day of fun. The staff is fantastic. Sometimes when I pick her up she is reluctant to leave as she is snuggling with one of them. Fantastic place for your fur baby!

Wish the groomers were there all day like before. It was walk-in possible before most days but it doesn’t seem like it anymore
M	Monika Soegianto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best daycare!! My dog Maru loves to go here! The aunties at Lucky's take such good care of Maru and the other dogs. They would post pictures of the dogs everyday on Instagram and Facebook. I would highly recommend choosing Lucky's as your dog's daycare!
K	Kathy L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our pup Smokey loves going to Lucky's. He always comes back tired and relaxed. The staff are so, so friendly and great with him. They even hand fed him when he was too excited to take his lunch one day. They saved us from a world of headache when we had an emergency come up and they were able to take Smokey for boarding with only a day's notice. He always comes back clean and happy :) Would recommend.

I get daily pictures on Instagram and Facebook of her visits. Recently, I've used Lucky's for boarding services as well - and they are equally stellar. They kept Luna comfortable and treated her as their own. The updates i got kept me well informed. Occasionally they will do these really cute photoshoots with the pups - and it always makes me smile. They're usually busy, because they are so good at what they do.
