We have recently switched to out some of our services to RM mechanical as we were unhappy with the performance of another trade. RM mechanical had gone above and beyond to to provide large rooftop HVAC repairs to our building as well as plumbing pipe services gas services and even down to helping some residents with non strata personal in suite issues. The constant feedback from residents and strata is very positive about the site technicians as well as the office staffs responsiveness

He had to return the next day. Finally the drain was cleared. He was professional, very considerate of his surroundings and very polite. I would recommend R&M Mechanic for any of your plumbing issues.

They were on time and very attentive, understanding the issue and returned to fix it. As well, I asked them to check the zone valves and thermostats in each suite to ensure they were in good working order. Both Lovedeep and Daniel attended and were very polite, professional and attentive to their surroundings. It was a very good visit and I know the neighbours are pleased with their services. From the top, leaders of the team, right down to the service folks who came on site and even their administration and scheduling staff were a pleasure to work with. They were always professional, experts in their field, explained what they were doing and why, and gave options with sound explanations when a choice had to be made. They cared about the workmanship and weren't just out to sell you something you may not need.
