★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Canadian Care Heating & Cooling for several years. Most recently I had them repair my hot water tank which refused to function this morning. The service engineer showed up on time and was able to repair the pilot light which was malfunctioning. Overall I’m very impressed with their quality of work, good value for money and professionalism. I highly recommend their services. I also used Canadian Care to change my radiant heating boiler 2 years ago and was very pleased with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Canadian Care in January 2022 and asked for an AC consultation. A representative set up a meeting at my home quickly. After the in home consultation on Jan 26, I waited several weeks without a followup for the quotation that was promised. I followed up 3x at the time of original post on Feb 22.
Update - Since my original post I have been provided with a quote and my questions have been answered. I will be comparing the Canadian Care quote to two other quotes I have received and make my decision on whether to proceed with them.
Final update - Canadian Care required I reach out to an electrician. I did this and the electrician they referred me to said they would be sending pricing to Canadian Care and that I would get an updated quote. I was told I would get a quote on April 7th, and 3 weeks later I still don't have a response. I have followed up multiple times and still nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update - Farid and his coworkers resolved the issues my parents had. My parents now have a very nice furnace that works well. They are very happy their issues were resolved.

Do NOT USE this company. They took advantage of my senior parents. They did not honor their original quote and invoice. They kept adding to the bill, sending different workers/contractors and then asking for more money.
I believe they subcontract their work to other individuals and then those people ask for more money.
Sam came to my parents home and spoke so aggressively to my parents. They felt intimidated and worried. Sam asked him to sign something on his phone. My dad couldn’t read it properly. He does not even know what was written.
My Dad would normally not do this but felt intimidated and stressed out at this man yelling at him. My parents both have health issues as well and could not cope with this stress and terrible treatment.
It’s been incredibly stressful for my elderly parents. The worst part of it is the work is not even done and they are still having issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our furnaces (we have 2) both went haywire yesterday, resulting in an interior heat wave in November!
I got in contact with Sam, who was here on Monday morning, and fixed
everything. The culprits were the thermostats which both decided to die together. He even fixed my stove gas burner in 30 seconds as he was leaving! He really knows his stuff, gives great advice on how to get good value and save money. I would highly recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Sam come to our home. And he was so knowledgeable about our gas fireplace. We hadn't had it serviced in a couple of years. And once he had fixed it, replaced some parts and cleaned it up.. it works better than i can even remember. Definitely work it to have your fireplace service by Sam. Now it heats the whole house!!!

He was very respectful when I declined suggested repairs and I didn't feel pressured. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam's services to friends, hence the rare Google review from me.

It’s an older model but he was able to change out some fairly major parts, thermo-coupling & starter switch & make it run like new. I recommend this business as being very reliable & fair value for the costs of their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Canadian Care for about 5 years and over that time we have moved and needed to their services at both our former residence and new one. Sam is the technician that first served us and we always ask for him. He's the BEST! Last year when he came to review our furnace and hot water tank he soon realized that they needed to be replaced. Sam made a recommendation for a tankless water heater and an energy efficient furnace. We couldn't be happier with his recommendations.
Last week we had Sam come back for our annual furnace inspection. We also had 2 gas fireplaces that were installed a number of years ago that haven't worked since we moved in. Sam cleaned them all up and got them both fired up and working perfectly in less than 30 minutes!! He's amazing! A BIG thank you to Sam and Canadian Care for the great service!
