A nice place to visit if you are looking to improve your house with a modern twist- a stylish awning definitely upgrades the aesthetic! I was pleasantly surprised by their product varieties. Staff was extremely helpful and approachable. The team come up with suggestion based on my needs. After visiting our location and measurements, manufacture and smart team came and installed. I have had very bad experience with Solutions and printing company his owner is Ben, he did imperfect and unprofessional job He is unreliable and unprofessional person. Don't waste your money and time.

Please read this before using Solutions. You have been warned. As a business owner myself I am not sure how this company continues to mislead customers into using their services. Use the "sort by" option and view the reviews from lowest to highest. Most of the 5 star reviews are FAKE or from friends and family. Take a minute and look into the reviews and you will see 90% of the reviewers have no profile picture and the only review they have left is for Solutions. I paid upfront for Vinyl graphics and a light box and I was mislead by Ben and scammed out of more than $7,000. Ben broke the front window of my business while removing old signage, and refused to fix it. Luckily my landlord is one of the biggest property owners in Lower Mainland and told Ben if he didn't pay to replace the window he would not allow Solutions to hang another sign or graphics on any of his building, so Ben admitted guilt and replaced the window. Ben also took $1300 for "permits" that he never got, after a month of my light box being mounted I received letters and fines from the city. Ben incorrectly wired the light box and I had to hire an actual electrician to come and fix it. He ripped the vinyl off my store when I asked him to fix his mistakes and never replaced it. He left fake reviews on my business page and blocked my email and phone number. He never fixed his mistakes and attempted to slander my business while at it. I have 150 Google reviews, Bens fake review is the only 1 star review I have received in 5 years in business. Communication with Ben and his team was terrible and unprofessional, timelines were not met. It was a disaster from start to finish. I would stay far away from Solutions printing if you care about your business and want the job done right.

I saw solutions signs and awnings doing project in our our neighbourhood very nice channel letters, posh , and stand out. his Van was wrap and got picture to get his info started order small job like logo design, business cards, poster roll up banner and front sign while our business located in Abbotsford and a bit away from Burnaby we got every thing done on time with reasonable price it's privilege working with solutions team. I received my primate package so end of month our channel will be install recommend to everyone
