The property management called Allied and they sent over a gentleman named Colin; he was at my apartment within an hour. He was super efficient, pleasant and honestly the kitchen probably look better after he was done. Would definitely recommend.
P	Papa Joe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Allied late Monday afternoon to re-do the plumbing in the rec room bathroom with new fixtures since we had guests coming this weekend. They showed up the next morning on time at 9:00 am. The plumber, Daeho, took off his shoes, was extremely polite, engaging and very professional. He new exactly what to do and was quick and efficient. As this is an older house there was a certain amount of adjustment required to adapt the new fixtures. The price charged was very competitive and much less than what I had expected to pay. Would I use this company again? You bet! In a heartbeat! Thank you Allied.

Once again, I called them, their receptionist was extremely professional, got me an appointment for first thing Monday. The plumber, Coln, has come and gone. Everything fixed. He is very professional as well and I would thoroughly recommend these people. We have never had a more reliable and knowledgeable plumbing company. Thank you Allied. June

When I attempted to call them to clear up the matter, they kept insisting they did work in my suite and would hang up. Nick, the manager, refused to tell me how they got into my suite, when they entered, and what work they performed. They also told me that if I called again they would call the police and file harassment charges against me. I tried sending them an email which was returned to me indicating they had blocked my email address. Since they claimed to have entered my suite, I wanted to charge them with unlawful entry into my unit. It was then that they finally admitted to the police that they knowingly lied the entire time and never actually entered my apartment. Turns out the strata had called them to do work on the boiler which had absolutely nothing to do with my unit and I was refunded my money. The staff there is extremely unprofessional, immature, rude, and incompetent. Unfortunately, I was forced to give at least one star to leave a review.
D	D m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allied was responsible for installing all the plumbing and heating in my dental office as well as installing the building’s hvac. We’ve had nothing but trouble with our building’s hvac since the building was finished in 2016. the manufacturer of the hvac is trane but allied did the installation. the service in general has been poor. It has gotten to the point where allied will not service trane’s products in our building anymore. Now, they won’t even come to look at the solenoid in the hot water line that THEY installed. I would stay away from this company if you think you might need service on it in the future because they won’t be there for you!

In the almost 4 years of paying them almost $40,000, our HVAC doesn’t work at all. They left the strata and owners high and dry with no resolution for a system producing neither heat nor AC. When it’s cold, we have no heat. When it’s hot, we have no AC. This company is completely unprofessional and would not hire them for anything.

Both their office employee and their plumber were kind and professional. The plumber happened to be on site when I asked for the company's assistance and the company. While they could've still charged me for the plumber's trip fee, they chose not to since he was so close. He also did not charge me for the time he took to borrow some tools from his other coworker nearby and the time he spent getting that coworker's advice on using the said tools. In this business, this level of integrity is hard to find - I'd know, since we have too darn many plumbing issues at our condo. What a refreshing change from plumbers and technicians who try to round up their hours and try to squeeze every last penny out of you. I'll be reaching out to Allied for future plumbing issues and would happily recommend others to do the same.
