★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We the OWNERS and tenants of this building just found out STRATA made the decision all by themselves to rent out OUR pool to the public few days a week.
The pool WE pay for AND won't have access to anymore during those days. Not to mention the safety concerns of having dozens of people entering our building weekly.
Let that sink in for a moment there. How Outrageous..goes to show the lack of common sense and intelligence.

They didn't answer our email manager just ignore
And it is not safe homeless people can have access to our apartment to stolen my bike

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The strata doesn't reply to tenants' concerns, be prepared to be ignorred. Elevators are usually broken, be prepared for a 2 hour wait to get home after work. HVAC is constantly broken. Till recently you weren't allowed to use the stairwells (security issue), stairwell key is an extra fee, be prepared to pay extra to access your condo. Instead of fixing the esxisting issues the strata tries to catch a guy who stole a few empties from the recycling.
