Terrible stay! I stayed with my friend for a couple of days during my yearly visit . And the place was beautiful at first! glorious view of the outside , nice modern design , and spacy rooms . But when i went to use the public elevator, THERE WAS A FROG ON THE FLOOR , IM COMPLETELY Terrified of slimy amphibians , I could not use the elevator without looking at my feet anymore . Im staying in a nearby hotel next time. I didnt like the Mr.Frog... Man... (Forgot to take photo because of sheer panic )

BUYER BEWARE! This company will tell you one thing and then do another. We bought presale and the quality and building materials shown looked great... However, once the building was complete it was a different story. Not only did they use cheaper and thinner materials for such things as floors, but they also did not let you know anything about changes that were going to be made to the building and your suite. I arrived for my walkthrough with excitement, and left with the most bitter taste. I found out AT my walkthrough, that my unit would be a handicapped accessible unit. I would not of bought it if I knew this! Now I have holes in the walls for automatic doors, holes in my ceiling...... wall plugs that are super high, and light switches that are at hip height! This would be great, it I needed them, but I did not agree to this, and the resale will be that much more difficult. They said it was a new city bylaw, which is fine, but tell me that before I purchase! Or even give me a kickback in something, they just said that they cant do anything and basically gave me the finger. This company doesn't care if the project looks completely different as what it did during the presale, they took their money and then bought the lowest quality materials they could find. Our floors make cracking and popping sounds constantly. They came out, cut a bit off the sides, then said that's all they can do. Well, this wouldn't of happened if they used the flooring material shown in the presale, but instead they used thinner and cheaper ones. Very disappointed with this company, I suggest you stay far far away from them! And trust me when I say, that I am not alone!

If you love the nearby construction noice for whole day ,7 days a week then welcome to this bad architectural building. The worst building in whole Burnaby. There are only 3 elevators in 44 story building and 1 elevator remains out of order every second day .The Garage door does not work properly.I got stuck in the building while going out because of the malfunction of the Garage door. There are two useless patios much bigger than the room. The kitchen is too small with useless small refrigerator. There is no switch for exhaust fan in one of the bathroom. There is a long list of Cons ?☹️.I can not wait for my lease to be up . I eagerly want to rid of this so called place . ?

I wanted to raise a concern with a delivery that happened this afternoon. I turned onto Halifax St to find that a delivery truck was parked against the curb with a narrow path for oncoming traffic. This has been an ongoing issue in the neighbourhood that has become more frequent. I did try to mention to the drivers politely that there is a parking lot at the bottom so you have more space but they proceeded to yell at me β€œF* You” about 5 times. I wasn’t able to catch the company that these drivers worked for so I was wondering if you would be able to share that feedback with the service provider that was booked for delivery at that time. I would also appreciate a response in regards to any action being taken in attempt to reduce the amount of parking/delivery’s that happen on Halifax street. It is a safety concern for the community and I do hope that you see the value in making our environment safe for all.

If you love waiting over 15 minutes (closer to 30) every time (and I do mean every time) you need an elevator come on down! 3 elevators for 350 units was a good design plan? The longer I live here the worse and worse it gets. I absolutely cannot wait for my lease to be up and I can move. God help whoever bought in this building Edit: my lease is almost up and nothing has gotten better. I cannot wait to leave. Water leaks, elevators constantly breaking down and still taking up to 45 mins, poor building quality, etc etc

Buyers beware! I recently moved into the Triomphe Residences in Burnaby and realized the moment I walked in to my unit, none of the owner’s deficiency walk through items were addressed. The quality and customer services were substandard as if the Developers rushed through the completion of the building and glazed over any quality control procedures. It’s been over 5 months and they still have not done the simplest fixes such as patch and paint to my unit. I also experienced water leaking into my locker unit the first week of move in and when I raised the issue and sent photos to the Developers, it was ignored. Moreover Millennium refuses to accommodate and redo the wrong color scheme they installed to my unit where they completely messed up the floor boards. Millennium will take your money upon hand over and will not respond to any of owner’s quality concerns. I am extremely disappointed with the poor work quality, value of service and professionalism with this company. Rest assured I will not be a return customer for their future projects. See photos for water leak evidence.

The building is fairly new, and opening during covid has its ups and downs. A lot better with the new concierge team, and strata is pretty active now. The building is quiet for the most part. Needs better lighting at night in the entrance/driveway though!

Location is great, and floorplans are nice. We absolutely love our north west facing corner unit. The elevators were finicky at first, but have been better lately. There have been several deficiencies in our unit, but most of them have been fixed (some are waiting until just before the 1 year mark such as cracks). The decks were not washed, nor the windows when we moved in, which was super frustrating. The gym is alright, but the sign up during covid is a little annoying. Haven’t been able to use the pool yet, but walked by and it looks nice. This was our first home purchase, and the process was a little chaotic but we have definitely settled in.
