★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been residing here for just over 2 years and have been quite pleased with the condo and the management. I was worried at first cause of the negative reviews I saw of AWM and initially it wasn't the best but as soon as a management staff member was replaced, things seems to improve.
Only exception are the few select residents who do not seem to have any common sense whatsoever and lack any form of respect for themselves and their neighbours. Sadly, there have been a couple residents who cause unnecessary damages costing all other decent residents. I mean, who flushes the bloody diaper or clothes down the toilet!!! Is your condo sooooooooooooo big that you cannot reach any bin; finding yourself forced to flush diapers down the toilet!? How could you afford to live in burnaby and not afford to have enough bins in your condo? (we even have had a resident kick the inside of the elevator and scratch obscenity on the elevator door)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here since September 2021 and I absolutely love this building. Most gorgeous view I’ve ever had. Best building gym I’ve ever seen. Beautiful details in the condo and nice layout. Only down fall is no AC. It’s gonna be a rough summer. The no AC, no hot tub or pool is why I give 3/5 stars.. considering how hot summer 2021 was, AC is super essential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building has the best staff. Everyone on the team is super helpful, happy and enjoys their work. Especially the team at the front desk. The janitors, maintenance and all other staff are very nice and hardworking as well.
The hospitality here is incomparable to the other towers.
