A nice brunch spot in Brentwood. The breakfast poutine is more like an eggs benedict hash though, since they use hollandaise sauce instead of gravy. Flavours were good, but unfortunately the poached eggs in one of the poutines was overcooked and not runny like in other people’s dishes. The pork in the Gold Digga poutine could have also been more tender. The crepe was a little underwhelming; although it looked nice with the mountain of whipped cream and the pistachio crumbs on top, the inside of the crepe was plain ol’ bananas and strawberries. Would have been nicer if it was in a custard sauce or something. Overall, the value for money could be better. Our dishes were all in the ~$20 range, and although they tasted fine, I would have expected more out of these dishes at this price point. The ambiance is indeed nice though, so perhaps that’s where the difference lies. Staff is very friendly though!

Thank you Kevin and team for the experience at OEB today. Happy to hear the folks at the front will be better supported in greeting the guests at this (rightly so) popular breakfast spot. The food is delicious. The Duck Perogies have a beautiful depth of flavor. The Canadian Eh is comfort food extreme and the One That Did Not Get Away lives up to its name indeed. The mimosa flight is genius. Highly recommended.

Good breakfast place, open relatively early with some good menu options. The food tastes good, with an increase in price compared to other places (reflective of what you're getting). Service was excellent and got checked up on multiple times during our meal.

Absolutely delicious, and not super pricey! I had the Soul in a Bowl. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly and served on a bed of crispy potatoes and arugula. The hollandaise sauce was smooth and not too rich which works well with the runny yolk of the eggs. Large chunks of bacon provide a nice saltiness and meaty texture to the dish. I also got Maple Pork Bangers on the side, very smoky and sweet! The latte I ordered didn't come with any fancy foam art, but was a very large serving. 10/10 will be coming back to try the other items on the menu!

The food is amazing and reasonably priced. It's one of those places you can get anything on the menu and can't go wrong. To top it off, it's top notch service. My partner and I like to share so if he gets a savory breakfast I'll get a sweet one, and vice versa. It's perfect ?

Fresh ingredients, awesome and yummy breakfast/brunch! Finally got to try the lobster and shrimp crepe, because I been wanting to try this but never got the chance to because it’s always sold out. Going earlier is always better as the line up is usually insane. They have waitlist you can join on yelp, but not on the weekend if they get busy. Highly recommend this place if you’ve never been. Great service and friendly staff.

Very happy that I was able to visit recently. The food and service was amazing. The soul in a bowl is a must try. The blue plate special Croque Madame was also very good. The mimosa flight was refreshing. You cannot go wrong by coming here. I would suggest reservations in advance as you most likely will never be able to walk up and be seated. The reservation system works quite well and updates quickly so you know how many groups are ahead of you.

Presentation 10/10. The breakfast poutine was really good, very filling. The in-house bacon was really good, I liked how it was cubed and had a nice chewy texture. The egg was perfectly cooked with the runny yolk and nicely seasoned. The chicken blueberry sausages were amazing, I didn’t have high expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. Service was pretty good too. The lineups were crazy busy and we got in late even though we had reservations.
