★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent apartments. Unfortunately they have possibly the worst management in existence. The building manager Maria can be replaced with a piece of wood and it would probably do a better job.

Like how is it that I know more about building management than you do? It is literally your job to have fundamental information and the answer is always: Sorry I don't know.
The building got robbed, yes you read that right, ROBBED! Someone walked into the building with a flat head screwdriver, broke into all the mailboxes and escaped with everyone's mail. 2 months later. I STILL CAN'T RECEIVE ANY MAIL! Now what would anyone do in this situation? Send the mail to the closest post office so it's easy for pick up. But noooo they have to send it to a different office 25 minutes away. Yes, that's extremely convenient on a 9-5 schedule. Thanks guys for making my lease renewal decision easy. Oh and since I probably have to spell it out for you to understand, that means I WON'T be renewing my lease
