★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to live with decent view, and close to Brentwood town center. Too high of security.
Cant order anything online, or delivery because they cant access the building without a key. Residents have to go downstairs and meet the delivery, or they will turn back and you have to go to odd locations to pick up your parcel.
The only company that can actually leave parcels inside seem to be Canada Post only, as they have a master key/fob to access the main entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Units are nice and great views. However, I've never encountered a worst managed building in my entire life. Not really sure what the strata fees are even for tbh. Lived for over 3 years - Elevators broken monthly, Hot Tub that is advertised was broken and unusable for a year pre-Covid. P1 floor is not secure and has had frequent break-ins, with little being done by management in response. Quite unfortunate because most of the units themselves are nice and the area is great as well. Just frustrating to deal with incompetent property management. If I was an owner I'd probably have talked to a lawyer about potential lawsuit opportunities. by now.

- Council not proactive in addressing problems.
- Strata council president is often AWOL and doesn't even show up to AGM's.
- Mailboxes and parkade frequently broken into, more than 4x.
- Many owners have complained about the property manager (Sharlene), who never replies to emails or calls.
- Elevators are full of graffiti and common areas are in bad shape.
- Elevators frequently out of service, including both elevators down at one point.
- Gym equipment is more than 12 years old and rusty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for years and loved the neighborhood! It has beautiful views and the apartments are so spacious. However I do agree with some of the previous comments about the elevators never working and lots of furniture outside the front and some really nattering neighbours. Glad to be gone but have good memories! Plus it’s right next to the beautiful Brentwood mall.
