Excellent and comprehensive dealership. I am buying my third car from OpenRoad. Everybody works to provide the best attention to the customer. With me worked directly brand specialist David Kwan and financial service manager Jena Haynes. Behind the scene was helping sales manager Yang Yang. All were top level professionals, super helpful for all affairs related with the deal making process. I highly recommend this dealership.

This was the best experience at a car dealership I have ever had. As a long time previous openroad employee, I have never seen such an amazing customer experience that I was provided with when purchasing my new vehicle. Kathryn and Sandy are the most delightful people to deal with and I had such a fun interaction with both of them. Kathryn is very lovely and helped me get my car set up and Sandy has been there on the other side of the phone to help me at any time with any requests. I’ve bought a very first car of my life and just picked it up today at OpenRoad VW. The whole procedure and experience with this branch and my dealer, Peter Jung were just another level of pleasure. He is a truly sincere guy who genuinely likes to help people, so that he had no hesitation to seek a way for the answers to my inquiries or any questions. I had talked with two more dealers and they were the top seller of their branch or even out of whole BC, but Peter actually had the best deal for the cars I wanted. I especially appreciate his positive attitude which actually made me decide to sign with him cause that’s where you can find trust when you make contracts, and I’m more than glad that I have done it with Peter!! I’ve been so many dealerships in the Greater Vancouver area but this is the best one for sure. They offer the decent price of vehicles and provide the amazing customer service. I was just roaming around with my wife there on last weekend and didn’t intend to buy anything as we’ve already pre-ordered a Lexus NX 2022. After I met Anu who is one of sales people there and showed me a Tiguan R-line, I overturned my mind and decided purchased this car in the day. She is very professional and enthusiastic. Highly-recommend her. Definitely, I will recommend my friends if they’re looking for a car and will surely visit this dealership again if I plan to upgrade my car in the future.

Where do I even begin to describe my OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD experience buying my brand new 2022 VW Tiguan Highline R-Line from Openroad VW Burnaby. My salesperson was Sandy Morton. My family have purchased many vehicles over the years and so far, none of them even came close to the excellent level of customer care and support I received from Sandy from the 1st moment I walked into the dealership to me putting down the deposit for the SUV to keeping me informed on its status to finally the whole sales & delivery. No sales pressure like how I felt walking into other dealerships. Sandy really sat down and listened to what I wanted, etc ... then spec out the SUV exactly how I dreamt. He personally ensure everything went smoothly. Even the finance team ( Amy Yeh & Matt Petersen ) was awesome, really took the time to explain everything in detail, no pressure to buy anything extra I did not need. Briefly deal with service advisor, Ashley Pattie when I paid for the winter tyres and rims. She even helped me call Openroad head office to setup the points account. And finally today when I took delivery, even Katherine Pivnenko, delivery specialist was awesome. She took the time to help me load the stock tires & rims into my SUV ( b/c i brought winter tyres & rims ) then took the time to explain everything, set up my VW Carnet, etc ... I know she is new and I wish all the greatest success in her career and I hope Openroad VW don't lose her, she is going to go far in her career. To be honest, if I had a business, I would hire her in a heartbeat. If I could give 6-stars out of 5-stars, I would. My parents is already confirmed that future vehicles purchases, we will talk to Sandy first.

VW boundary has been phenomenal with helping me find the parts and accessories I need for my cars. They have always gone above and beyond to source parts if they don’t have them in stock or more often then not already have what I need on hand! Great service, kind people and reasonable prices!

I have had negative experiences when purchasing a car from other dealerships. However, this dealership absolutely changed that. My experience here was phenomenal. Sandy was able to help me get into a new ride in just a matter of days, and even helped swap some winter tires on just before the snow. Sandy and the Open Road Family are friendly, reliable, punctual, non judgmental, professional and attentive. Unlike other dealerships, I had 0 pressure on me, and felt very comfortable putting my trust into these people which was difficult after so many bad experiences with other dealership. However, I could not be happier!! They are amazing at what they do. I will definitely be referring family and friends here due to my phenomenal experience. Thank you so much Sandy, and everyone!
