Initially, I was intimidated stepping into a luxury dealership but I quickly adjusted after being introduced to Charles. He was down to earth, genuine, extremely knowledgable, patient, and professional ensuring that my decision was the right one. I found the car I wanted. Charles had the vehicle fully detailed, polished, and even wrapped "her" up with a BOW!! I highly recommend Boundary Benz and, most of all, I hold Charles Li in high esteem. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were so many incidents happens to my 2020 GLC 300 since it was serviced by the Mercedes dealership at 3550 BC-7 Vancouver
They called me one day ahead and cancelled my brake service appointment due to staff shortages. The appointment was book 5 working days ahead.
When a tire shop outside of the Mercedes dealership tried to replacing the tires but it was unsuccessful because a wheels lock was not in the tool box in the trunk. When I questioned the shop their response is you need to paid ahead and we can order one at your cost $69.
The car was in the shop to clean the rodents in the car trunk hood and it was in the shop for 6 weeks. The service advisor/Kevin stated it will takes one to two weeks to clean the rodents and you need to book a courtesy car ahead on your own.
But at the end it took 6 full weeks and in the meantime, we rented a car for that periods. Is the service advisor doesn't know it takes 6 weeks or he just offer false promise? I would have make other arrangements if we know ahead it is going to take a 6 weeks. The cost of car rental is $1,775.
When we bring the E350 for general service and I ask the service advisor/Kelvin to fix the air condition and he explain to me air condition is fine but you the consumer didn't how to use it? And when the car was ready to pick up service advisor /Kevin stated the mechanic diagnosis your air condition is not working and it need to repair. By then I didn't have time to left the car behind for them to repair the air condition.
What would you do next time if you need your car service and which shop are you taking your car to for servicing.
