★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HIGHLY recommend Sarah! She made our entire experience so easy. We waited about a month and a half for our Q5 to arrive and she was so patient and flexible with all of our questions. We even switched up the model half way through our wait and she easily made the changes. She was accessible and did not pressure us to anything. We told her what we wanted and she made it happen. Will be recommending her to any friends and family who are looking at getting an Audi. Thank you Sarah!

In particular, Paul Chan was invaluable in helping us to find us the perfect vehicle and we've been extremely happy these past 10 years with our leases. I've never once felt pressured. He's honest, transparent, gives great advice and he's treated us with so much respect like we were family. I truly do feel appreciated and highly recommend Paul Chan for anyone who's looking for an Audi to purchase or lease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the larger Audi dealerships in Metro Vancouver. Showroom is large with a few cars in the showroom for viewing. Service area is big as well but not many people working. There is also a lounge area is stock with coffee, tea, and water station. Recently I’ve been here twice and both occasions there is no bottled water in the fridge. This is quite disappointing especially on a warm day. I would’ve given another star if the lounge area is fully stocked.
