My sales guy Ahad was a dream to work with, congenial, not high pressure, listened to what I needed and was super friendly and respectful. Would totally recommend him to anyone, you will feel like he's your instant friend! In finance Greg and Jerod had a great sense of humour and the whole process was very relaxed. Kudos to my ICBC rep also (forgot his name!), he was very knowledgeable as well. I haven't been to a dealership in over a decade, the team here is stellar, real people with super personalities that makes it a breeze to feel confident in the brand. I'd been searching for months to find a newer and safer vehicle for my wife and our new baby. We got in contact with Andre and he was great, he made things very simple and convenient for us. When it came time for the purchasing the vehicle we went with a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and Greg was handling the financing. Greg was amazing for making sure we had all the protection we needed with the vehicle and honestly just felt like we were chatting with a friend. I do recommend Destination Mazda Vancouver. I had a pleasant experience buying new CX-5 here. From start when I started talking with JJ till finishing everything up and closing all the details. When I got first into the dealership at start of Jan, they had incoming CX-5 signature, soul red. But, as I did not like the color, they managed to switch out and make accommodations that car that will arrive be of gray color. What I got was probably most Beautiful color you can get on Mazda, machine gray :-). Both JJ and his Manager were really good at helping me get what I wanted. Next step was with financials and signing everything. They helped me a lot there, but my suggestion here is always know what you want and need. As 1h for each part might not be enough to go through all details (we had 2h scheduled to do this) if it is your first time buying a car like I was. After I got home, I checked my contracts and some of the stuff I was not happy about, but Katelin (financial manager) helped me fit everything to my needs and it was breeze changing what could be changed. JJ was nice and helpful and introduced me to features of my car, they also guided me through setting up things like Mazda connect, and you get nice checklist of all the things to check. Overall pleasant experience, as much as it can be when going to spend nice amount of money ;-) I can recommend Destination Mazda as your dealer as everyone here was very nice, and they made me feel comfortable, I felt like I don't have to anxiously watch every step as there is room for correction and they are very helpful. My first purchase went really good, and am now happy owner of new CX-5 :D
