Polishing the whole car is really impressive and fascinating. The service I have truly represents the top one dealer in Canada. Frankly speaking, Paul really is the most valuable asset which BJ ever needed. Kind and patient attitude is the key to satisfy every single customer, whether they are picky or not. Even though the BMW Store is closer to where we live, this is the third vehicle we've purchased or leased from the team at Brian Jessel. They are honest negotiators and gave us more than a fair price for our trade in. They even bought our winter tires from us. Their service concierge makes life SUPER easy when it's time for service and the have an insurance broker right inside so we didn't need to make any stops. We're super stoked about our new 330e! Thank you!

I visited there with my friend; we both knew we have to wait couple of years and ready to put the deposit in.
Sales person didn’t even come outside to show the car rather ask front receptionist to unlock the car from inside.
Me and my friend looked at the car but no other information were given.
Sales person told me, $1500 is refundable deposit but if you think you will be canceling later on, don’t do the deposit, it is waste of my time and our back office. I will be dealing with some other dealer.

However, due to chip shortage, I could not find my desired vehicle anywhere without years of wait time, so I went to Brian Jessel BMW to try my luck. I was helped by a Sales Associate, Jacky Liang, not only he was able to provide me with useful and practical advice, but he has gone above and beyond to assist me through this hard time until my new vehicle arrive. I was being referred to Oliver by other friends, due to logistic issue many dealership has literally no cars! But this guy always keep me posted. And when there are inventory arrived he msged me right away ! I love my new hybrid X3 the new design super chic! I would definitely recommend more friends to him!
