The staff are very helpful and supportive. I had an issue with Hyundai finance of Canada and I wasn't able to get a hold of any agent to solve the problem. I went to the store on the boundary road asking for help. I got the most help I was expecting. Thank you so much, BRANDON MACKENZIE, He did his best and connect me with the person responsible for the financial system and I get to know what was the issue. Brandon went beyond his duty and was very efficient. I am satisfied with the service and so appreciative.

I got into an accident a few weeks ago. My car was total and I need a car ASAP. I found that I'm in very bad timing, almost every dealer doesn't have a car for sale. I'm lucky walked into Boundary Hyundai. The representative Nathan very helpful. After I told him what I need and the distance I travel daily. He suggested Elantra and they have stock. I’m huge relief finally had a dealer tell me they have stock. The whole process to finance the car was very smooth. I got it delivered within three days. I will suggest Boundary Hyundai to my friends. ?

This past weekend we purchased a beautiful red 2015 Volkswagen GTI from Boundary Hyundai. Nathan, our salesman, was professional and funny. He was able to answer all of our questions and the car that we picked up on Saturday definitely had been given the best care and touch up while we waited to finish the sale. Brandon, the finance manager, was fantastic to work with - I have found in the past that finance managers can be tricky, but Brandon was very knowledgable and not pushy or arrogant and made the buying process a lot smoother for us. The whole team seemed happy to have us as customers and treated us well, considering we were not buying a Hyundai vehicle. My only concern is that the dealership seemed incredibly busy both weekends so it was a bit of a lengthy process between closing the sale and finalizing the details (over the course of a couple days), but we were very happy with the care and condition of the vehicle. Started the buying process of a new Veloster N last week via email. The sales rep was very accommodating and set me up with a test drive in the only model on the lot around lunch without any fuss. When I arrived the car was ready to go and I was able to take it out for 30 minutes or so. Traffic during this time was terrible and much of the drive was spent waiting in traffic so I asked to get more time with the car the next day. This was no big deal for them and I arrived back the next day and had a great test experience. I ended up closing the deal today and negotiating a fair price for the car. Overall the experience was positive with minimal stress. Any disagreements during the purchase were resolved quickly and fairly to both parties and I look forward to returning in the future.

Beware if you are shopping for a new vehicle, this place basically fits the stereotype of dealerships that tries to scam as much as possible out of you. From vastly underestimating the value of your trade in, to adding $999 dealer preparation fee on top of $499 of documentation fee, the experience does not feel like you are working with a trustworthy business partner. While I understand most places charge doc and prep fee, $499 doc fee (cash purchase, no lease and no financing) and $999 prep fee is definitely one of the highest for budget vehicle brands like Hyundai. Consider this before choosing Hyundai and this dealership.

Recently had my car in for routine maintenance service. Boundary Hyundai has always been my go-to location for servicing, since purchasing my new Veloster 3 years ago from this dealership. Mr. Jacky Wong-ASM (same last name, but no relation) was my service advisor. It was my first time dealing with this gentleman... I found him to be very professional and customer service-oriented.

HERE IS A SOLID PROOF of how these vultures take your hard earned money. I went to enquire a 2022 Sante Fe Ultimate Calligraphy trim but I was showed a 2021 demo vehicle same trim that had 4900 kms on it. I asked if the demo car was available for sale and they replied yes. The sale associate seemed nice but the sales manager, I believe his name was Jonathan, quoted the price more than the MSRP claiming that this is their price and it’s non negotiable. The maximum retail price of the new car is 46700 and he gave a sale price of 49700+doc+finance+taxes for a demo vehicle. Avoid going here!!
