Mixed feelings about the services provided by burnaby auto spa. I paid for the exterior detailing level 1 package with engine bay cleaning. The positive: from afar the car looked fantastic. Water beading off paint, paint mirror finished. Everything you’d expect when getting your car washed waxed and polished The negative: upon further inspection is where the disappointment set in. Scratches (some of which were quite deep and were definitely not rock dings) we’re noticeable in several different places around the car that I am almost certain were not there prior. I am quite meticulous when it comes to cleaning my car myself, I always use top of the line products, power washer with foam cannon, and liquid wax, so I know where the imperfections on my car are and there were a lot more than I remember after I picked the car up. When I brought the car back to burnaby auto spa their resolution was to say that we don’t create scratches we get rid of them gave me a Toyota paint touch up stick (my car is a BMW) and sent me on my way. They explained perhaps the polishing compound was used too aggressively? Idk but I pay for my car to look pristine upon pickup and I noticed many more scratches that I had before. Apparently a polish can make evident scratches that weren’t previously very apparent but I’m not so sure. Trunk and door sills not cleaned. I know I paid for an “exterior” detail package, but for $300 I expect anything with paint on my car to be clean. Perhaps that’s not part of the package but for the amount of time it would have taken to have done (perhaps 10 minutes) it should be included. Chrome exhaust tip was not cleaned. When I mentioned this after the fact they said something about them not having the right products for it? ok. The purpose of this cleaning was to prime the car for sale and honestly the services just didn’t really Meet my expectations for the price. While from afar the car looked great, for a detail oriented car enthusiast I found the overall service to be underwhelming for the price. After the fact I spent several hours doing little extras (cleaning up exhaust tips, door sills, trunk sills, applying armorall to some plastic trim which was missed, touching up paint)to get the car looking the tip top condition that I expected it to be in after picking it up from the detailers, and honestly in the end I think I should’ve just done the job myself. I do not write this review to bash the company as clearly they have many happy customers based on their reviews, but for me the service simply did not meet expectations.

I had done 3 months of car camping + my car had been sitting, unused, for 1 year. My car was pretty dirty and had developed some mould inside. I shopped around to different shops and Burnaby Auto Spa was by far the most thorough when it came to their process for removing the mould and ensuring it wouldn’t return. I am happy I went with them. My car looks excellent.

I took a vehicle to Burnaby Auto Spa (Nitan??) and they did an exceptional job deep cleaning and detailing my vehicle. The vehicle looked better than new and ceramic treatment provided and extra deep gloss, hid minor scratches and flaws. I would highly recommend this business

Amazing job - Brought my vehicle in for a full paint correction as it's suffered nearly a decade of abuse - these guys did an insane job and brought the paint back to life and then some, and also provided a great ceramic coating, alongside with making the interior immaculate as well. They even fixed rock chips and cleaned up my engine bay! I highly recommend them, they're super helpful and talented and I would gladly bring my car here again!

I wish I could give them 10 stars. The team is truly amazing! My Nissan Rogue smelled like mold and I've tried everything to get the smell out. They were the only company that was able to do so. Their attention to detail is honestly the best so far. They cleaned my car so well. Everyone who saw my car said it looked brand new. You won't be disappointed if you go to them. I am truly grateful to have found them and I've been recommending them to all my friends and family. The owner treats his customers so well. I honestly felt that he really cared in providing top notch service and that I wasn't just another number. That's really hard to find in other businesses. Thank you so much Burnaby Auto Spa Team! You guys are truly the best!

Took my older 2007 Acura MDX to Burnaby Auto Spa. It was our family car for many years. With 3 young kids, that meant years of dirt, spilled drinks, and old fallen french fries. The crew did an amazing job detailing the car, inside and out. They cleaned everywhere, in the obvious, easy to see places but also in between the hardest to reach cracks. They were professional and finished on time. Awesome job!

Highly recommend Burnaby Auto Spa!!! 10/10!!! My 2006 Toyota Corolla aka Master Yoda was in desperate need of some TLC and I am so glad I found Burnaby Auto Spa!!! They are so professional and they really know what they are doing!!! They made my 2006 Corolla look like a brand new car!!! The headlights are a showstopper now (check before and after pics)!!! They magically gave back that glossy new car look! Most of scratches are gone! Also no more swirls and water-spots! The interior detailing was spot on, again they magically made the fabric stains disappear (it was nasty lol) and my car smells like a new car!!! My friends and coworkers couldn’t believe when they saw my car and they are definitely going to take their cars there! Burnaby Auto Spa offers a variety of services, I got the Deluxe Spa Detailing and Headlights Restoration and I couldn’t be happier with the results!!! I am telling you, my car looks brand new!!! Thank you Burnaby Auto Spa team for such amazing job!!! You have me as a lifetime customer!!!

I drove my car all the way from Nova Scotia to Vancouver, BC, so the condition of the paint was expectedly bad as we all know how TransCanada HWY is like. This is what my paint was like when it came out of the shop after 2 days of hard work of these guys. Pictures don’t do the justice, this place is all about affordability, professionalism and efficiency. I spoke to the owner and dropped off the car for a test the other day, then he gave me several very honest advices right after he tested his products on my paint. He did not recommend me to do the ceramic coating as I did not have much clear coat left so it wouldn’t bond very well with the paint whereas other shops would definitely convince you to spend the money. Huge shout out to the guys working there! Always smile at me when I come in to check on the process! Really appreciate all the great work. Booking was very fast but they are always fully booked? my roommate has to wait for a week to get his car detailed here lolll
