★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our dog to this business for a haircut and were horrified to find cuts on her flesh and bleeding spots on the dog's back and paw when we got home. Our dog is quite old and we understand the dog can be a little flinchy around scissors and sheers, but we believe a professional grooming service should be able to handle this.
To top it off, the business asked us not to bring our dog back for anymore haircuts because it is too difficult for them. We find this hard to imagine, however after finding the blood we would never return anyway.
We did not feel there was any apology or sympathy from them at all. They kind of just pushed us away and told us never to come back. Poor customer service in our opinion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my dog here for 10 years until he got too old. He loved going and slept all night when he got home. Reasonable rates and a first class owner. We don't bring our new dog there only because both my wife and I work from home now. Would absolutely go back if we had the need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I am fostering a 90lb Sable German Sheppard mix rescue that probably has never been to a groomer and she has stinky breathe that I was going to brush after the appointment... well I didn't need to because she came back to me with fresh breathe, trimmed nails, soft and fluffy, and thin! They did an amazing job, especially since I know she doesn't like her paws touched but they got every nail! I was super happy with the "spa" day and the price was right! Note, she did not get a haircut.
She also stayed at the daycare and she was pooped when she got home! A sign of a good day ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to metro dog grooming a few times since we moved to the area, and today was the first day teddy came here for day care. Teddy was very exhausted and played well, and I was able to see photos from his interactions today. Staff were also very friendly and the owner greeted me telling Teddy's first day was great. Highly recommended.

The turnaround time is very reasonable and our dogs even get excited when they know where we are going... Which is rare for the groomers. Great value and customer service to top it off. I definitely recommend Metro Dog Groomers
