★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al in the finance office was extremely helpful and informative. The sales team was not, they were very pushy and sleazy and uninformative. When I asked about the specific model the salesman Jeff replied with "I don't know, you probably know more than I do about it." And did not help getting me the information. I got 2 different stories regarding the cars history, Jeff said it was a trade in they got 2 weeks ago and Kerry the manager said they had purchased it from a guy a few days ago. They initially lowballed me for my trade in and I had to push them to re-enter the correct information in their little program that they use. Would not recommend purchasing from them. Only giving 2 starts because Al was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was treated very well right from the start and Leon the service consultant kept me in the loop regarding my repair. The repair was also done in a timely manner. Leon was great to deal with and he even had my truck washed which I really appreciated. I would definitely go back to carter gm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my car in for a parisitic drain on my battery. The service I received was very good. Kirsten, the service advisor, was great. Very pleasant and easy to deal with. Timeframe was good and my car was nicely cleaned when I picked it up. It even ended up to be less expensive then I was quoted which was very nice. Still pretty expensive but I guess you have to pay for the expertise that you get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I owned over 30+ cars in my lifetime, currently having 2 GM vehicles, and took it to my local dealer in Richmond. Getting a run around constantly, and pushing a trade in of almost a brand new vehicle with that local one, I decided to change to Carter GM on Lougheed. Although it is a far distance, it is my best decision hands down! Not only was the staff pleasant, but they called back with the issue almost immediately, and the repair is still covered under warranty, which really helps with the tough times.
Hats off to Leon and Jordan for their high level of service, support, and made me feel like a part of a GM family! Highly recommend and will return for more service, if needed, or another vehicle. Great job to everyone, and definitely a Carter Fan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My service advisor was friendly and attentive. Kirsten was able to answer all my "girl" questions. I am clueless, when it comes to cars I freely admit that. I felt that I could trust what she was telling me. She also provided a list of services that should be completed. Good experience all the way around!!

I missed the date I was supposed to bring my car in by a day and they took care of it like it was no issue. Would recommend 10/10

The price was great and didn’t charge me a bunch of fees. My mom went to them for her first truck years ago and loved them too. By far the best dealership I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get a new vehicle 1 week before Xmas, wasn't really expecting much success (supply shortage), but Eric was able to connect me up with an amazing truck (2022 GMC Sierra). All questions answered with no unnecessary pitches, really appreciated the direct and open approach. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the experience as low stress as can be. To be honest, the only nagging that I got at all during the purchase was not from Carter at all, but from OnStar... they literally chased me with 2 to 3 calls per day trying to get me to buy a subscription for them - very annoying, the only blemish on an otherwise amazing experience. Thanks again to everyone. Love my truck.
