There was some complications with ICBC and they ended up doing it at no charge for us. I’ll definitely be bringing my business back to this location and so should you!! G	Gene Logan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a new rear passenger window for my Nissan X trail, not an easy thing to find. After detetmining there were no new windows available they set out looking for a used replacement. I took the car in before work on Friday and rec'd a text that they were still waiting for delivery of the window at 2pm. i didn't see the text until about 5 and when I called back they told me the glass was still enroute. I agreed to pick up the car for the drive home and bring it back first thing Sat AM. When i got to the shop at about 7:30 my car was parked outside as agreed and the new glass was in. I don't know what time the window arrived but I was completely impressed that late on a miserable Friday afternoon they hung in there and did the repair, which works fine btw. Hats off to your hard work and dedication to customer service. KUDOS!!
C	Carter Larson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager had us sign an ICBC claim document to say that we were satisfied with the repair service even before the windshield chip repair service was started. They said they wanted to send the ICBC paperwork in. In comparison, when we had to have a full windshield replacement at another autoglass repair provider soon after due to a failed repair, the ICBC claim document was requested to be signed post service. The technician was unprofessional. He placed his tool box directly on the hood of the car, not even using padding. (No mask was worn while he was in the car cabin. Also he spat on the ground near the car - that was gross, but not directly relevant.) As it turned out the chip repair failed and created a two inch long crack. The manager explained that this does happen (which is true) but did not give the impression that there was any immediate concern or steps needed. Despite the claim by the manager that there was resin inside the crack which implied that it was filled, the next day just closing the trunk caused a further hairline crack, approximately 1 foot long, and we had the windshield replaced.
N	Nicole Misura-Leitch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They got us out of a bind; our rear view window was smashed when we were visiting Vancouver to drop our son off at university (so we had a lot of his stuff in the back so he could move into residence). They fit us in the same day and got it replaced in less than two hours. In addition to replacing the glass they emptied out our trunk and cleared out as much of the glass fragments as possible. Thank-you for helping us out while we visited your city. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and efficiency you showed us.

I had the dealer and another glass shop confirm that it had been broken they still refused to admit they broke it, and refused pay for it. I had to go through my own insurance and pay the deductible. There are a lot of other glass shops in Vancouver to choose from.

Fraser was extremely helpful in explaining the cause of it and offered to take a look at it. When I came back after 30 mins, there was a slight misunderstanding as they had gone ahead and cleared the sunroof drain for me, fixing the issue. No problems at all because they offered the service for free. They fixed my issue free of charge for my first visit due to a miscommunication but now they have a lifelong customer! You won't be disappointed coming here for service. Thank you Fraser and the Broco Glass team

They had my glass in their warehouse, and had my new passenger window installed about 2 hours after I dropped it off. They vacuumed out my car too. Highly recommended ?
