He explained everything clearly and I got everything I wanted and more without stressing. This is a first for me as I usually dread this process. Pat is definitely the right person for this job and should be recognized for his abilities of great customer service and very knowledgeable of the Koodo brand. Will be recommending him and Koodo to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of their seller said I can't get a phone, but after that, I was able to order a new phone from Koodo online. Very rude, unhappy, uncomfortable, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I mean, why are you a seller there and why are you assuming me can't get a new phone? I walked to their store, and his FIRST word was 'let's check are you eligible, first?'... I mean.. what? Then how could I get a new phone from online then? Assuming a customer what?
