β β β β β I love the stuffs from la vie en rose however the staffs there r not very friendly. This is the first time I leave a comment on a store. I kindly asked one of the staff if they have any more of the dress on a mannequin. She said that is all they have. I asked if I can try that one on. She said " we r really busy right now. If you want to try, you should come early in the morning. Like really early in the morning. " They got 4 staffs in the store on a Wednesday evening. No one is lining up. This lady who replied me just stood there and folding clothes slowly. Very bad customer service.

β β β β β Got the buy one get one free deal on Boxing Day and went to the store to exchange for another item today.
The store manager ( forgot to ask for her name but it was the lady with updo) was very friendly and helpful. The exchange process was the most efficient and pleasant one.

β β β β β Store associates were super helpful helping me find the items/sizes I needed and when I needed to return an item because I accidentally bought the wrong size, the return/exchange was very quick. Overall, super kind and helpful staff! Thank you and hope to see you again soon. (I just realized I am wearing their fluffy zip hoodie. Very comfy ) (γ»β½γ»)

β β β β β I went to La Vie en Rose in search for a white slip and wasn't able to find one.. HOWEVER, Yolo and Priscilla provided exceptional customer service. They went over and above trying to help me and found other things that I needed. This is a great team, you can feel wonderful synergy amongst them.

β β β β β I always purchase a lot of pjs in La vie en Rose, but I got the worst service in the Richmond center location. I took some pjs to the store for exchange size. I donβt have the receipt because they system can not print out the full receipt when itβs over 40 pieces. I asked if I can just exchange size without the receipt for final sale? She got mad and told me with the rude tone: no u need to receipt for exchange. I said but other store they can do it for me why canβt u? She replied no itβs not work that way!!! You donβt need to talk with your customer in that rude way just because I just do exchange instead of purchase in your store? ???
