★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time experience at CHANGE (Richmond) was very disappointed. I purchased 2 bras from them. They were pleasant at first but when I try to take it back with concern about the bras. They pointed out it is still the right fit. The bra strap keep falling off my shoulder and the side digs into my arm pit. I feel this is not the right style bra for me as I am on the petite side. The other bra, I find the cup size is big. When I move, there are gaping in the cup. I would not shop there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a defective bra. The stitching wasn’t done right so it poked out and is absolutely unwearable. Unfortunately it’s something that you don’t realize until you wear it for a while. The bras are not cheap and I was a refused an exchange! AND EXCHANGE! All because I took the tag off. Because it didn’t cross my mind that I would buy a low quality bra that needed to be returned.
Never ever shopping here again I’m extremely disappointed. This company is disappointing. Also the girl said that the bra needed to be in resell-able condition for an exchange or return. So beware guys you might be buying a defective one since they don’t disposal defective ones and just put it up to resell.
Disgusted. For a company that values providing many sizes so women can find a comfortable fit. To refuse refund/exchanges on bras causing discomfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't gone bra shopping in a long time and was dreading it because I never find a proper fitting bra. I went in today and the woman was extremely helpful and nice! She helped me with sizing and proper fit. There was a store discount going on and got 3 bras for $140. I've already recommended them to my friend. It's nice going to a store that has real bra sizing and will actually help you out! 100% will be coming back when I need more bras!
