★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had call this store 30 times seen they say open at 9am no one answer before make sure they open. My daughter have swim meet and need fast skin suit. We got there at 9:20am purchase 675.00 suit . My daughter try on and it rip in back of the suit. Call them left them mess but no one return my call, then we drove back unfortunately other lady left and new lady really nice and try help me out till she call manager told me they can't exchange the suit or refund because they need to sent information to Arena headquarters (in Italia) to approve before they can do refund or exchange. Do anyone has this experience? I don't know hows many times I have purchased for my daughter in the pass and seriously never has this problem . We're not from here and I am repeating told her my daughter need new suit for her meet but instead not get exchange she ask me to purchase new suit and wait for other suit with Arena get back ! I am not sure did she think everyone is dump? Manager told me it will take couples weeks to get back to me and maybe will not refund or let me exchange ?. Please do not come here . This is scam and lesson for me and you don't want same experience as I have with them.
