A	ALAN YING on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rosemary charged me a whopping 120$ to do a T4 and T4E tax return and promised to file my tax on the 22nd of February 2021 and contact me. Yet she failed to do so until the 27th. Never responded to my email or call or told me the reason why she wasn’t able to do it whatsoever. I’ve been calling a few times for this and she’s never in office. Made up a bunch of excuses like “I wasn’t scheduled to work on the 22nd” while she was the one promising me to file it that day. Not so professional after all.

K	Ké on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are nice people, but didn’t put me at ease that my taxes were in good hands. My tax pro didn’t know RRSP contributions could be counted until March of the next year, didn’t know T4s could include taxable benefits, didn’t know their own h&r block prices went up after March 31st, got frustrated that I had tax-related questions, yelling that they don’t know. I’ve never had such a terrible and unprofessional experience, and then they guilt-tripped me that they came in on their day off to file my taxes (when they’re the one who proposed this date in the first place?) Communication was so difficult, it felt like they were saying what they actually wanted to say in their head, but very few words came out so it was really difficult for me to understand. But despite that you can tell they’re trying their best, so it’s just really conflicting because they’re probably usually really nice outside of this context. Taxes really stress me out, and this experience only made me feel worse. I wish they just said their plate was too full and sent me home.

Easy to get to via transit and easy to book an appointments since you can get an appointment very quickly. I quickly want to give a shout out to a woman there named Caroline. Very nice woman and professional. Only issue I have is that when you call to book an appointment or change information, there is a female employee who takes calls there and she is rude. When I question about appointments and I cannot hear or understand her, her voice raises and becomes very stern. Not cool at all. I thankfully don't talk to her much since I've used this location multiple times and since my info is saved, booking is easy and great. Not a very nice person though. Appreciate the service there nonetheless. Very good.
