★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an error and cost me thousands of dollars. I would suggest a second pair of eyes to review any paperwork the Ryan Law Group requests you to sign.
In September 2015 I used the Ryan Law Group to help close on my existing property and sign mortgage papers for our new place. Generally a pretty simple process which I've gone through several times in the past, it's more formality it would seem. During the process the financial numbers did not add up and and my wife and I both noticed what we thought was an error but was assured that they checked everything and all was correct. Just over a month later what do you think happen? I got a phone call from his student, not even the Wayne Ryan himself, saying they made an error and they requested the money immediately.
I requested documentation which details out the error, he said I would receive an email that night, I waited and nothing. I called a week later and they where just starting on the paperwork. His receptionist refuses to take my call now and just states "read the letter which we are sending"
It's sad to see this type of reaction and cold process. I understand we're all busy however customer service is what keeps me loyal and you can be sure that I will not be returning to the Ryan Law Group in the future.
