The receptionists were super nice and helpful! Doctor was very knowledgeable, listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. They even taught me how to put my contacts on, since it was the first time I was getting them. I felt well looked after by the whole team. Definitely recommend it!

Looking for an optometrist? Look no further. This is the place! I was eagerly waiting to write this review since last week but I thought to wait until I could pick up my eyeglasses. May6th: So, I was having teary eyes for a while and thought to go see the Dr. I was at work and did some quick search on google, after reading the reviews I booked an appointment on the phone and went to this clinic. There was some mix up with the appointments because they were short staffed that day. I showed up on time and they assured me that they’ll accommodate my appointment. I waited for probably 5-10 minutes and then Dr. Kyleon Ho did my eye examination. He was very thorough with everything and kept on explaining all the details to me of what he was doing and was very polite. At some questions, I wasn’t sure or didn’t know what to say... he didn’t make me feel bad or didn’t put down in any way. I asked him a lot of questions and he happily responded to all of them without any frustration or irritation. After the examination, he helped me in selecting the frame according to my needs and made sure that I was satisfied with the purchase. When the receptionist did the direct billing I still owed some money to them and he went an extra mile to give me a huge discount so that I could stick with the frame that I wanted to buy. Thank you ?? so much Dr. You’re the best! May 12: I got a call from the clinic that my eyeglasses were ready to be picked up. I went there to pick them up and met Teresa (if that’s the right name). She was very friendly and sweet and have me sit on the chair. She gave me the glasses to test them and see if I was satisfied with them. She asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I asked her a few questions as it was my first time to wear the glasses and wanted to make sure that I wasn’t missing anything. She was very happy to help and also provided me a lens cleaner spray for no extra cost. Thank You so much for being so kind, Teresa!?

Dr. Kelvin So is extremely patient and knowledgeable. He spent a long time without rushing trying to find me the best prescription for my lenses so I can see clear both far and near. He would answer any questions you throw at him with knowledge and thorough explanation. I would give 6 stars to Dr. so! Maggie and Hailey in the front are very friendly and helpful as well! (Hope I got the names right)

Dr. So is so good. He answers my concerns with extreme detail but easy to understand. The receptionists was helping me out to get medical expenses claims from my insurance. The insurance company has left Canada so it took them 15-20 mins to search of a way to make the claim. Very thankful to their effort. Highly recommanded
