★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a nice experience! excellent service with really good price, after massage I just feel my whole body gets warm and comfortable. It’s a absolutely a good way to relax. Hygiene awareness is also in place, everyone wears mask. I would definitely like to enjoy my weekend here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with U Spa, the environment is really nice and comfortable. Clean and safe, especially during this pandemic situation.
The staff are very nice and professional. I have neck and shoulders issues. After a couple visits, my neck and shoulders are feel much better now. The soreness and stiffness are all most gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend Andy for someone who has shoulder and back pain, if you enjoy deep tissue massage. He is very professional and knowledgeable to fix my shoulder and lower back pain issues. I’ve tried many massage therapists everywhere, he would be the best I ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service ever. the front desk guy with spiky hair yelled at me for complaining about the service. I got two full body massages and received maybe %30 of what a full body massage is. My girlfriend got even less as they didn't even use oil on her....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible and unexpectable service. I came here for ear cleaning service as i saw on the advertisement. unlike what i had before, it only took around 10 mins for that (60 dollars) and it is hurt when the person used the tool. I will never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to many massage places including higher end places like Scandinavian spa in Whistler, Harrison hot springs, and a variety of lower end places. My goal has always been to find a place that can relieve my tension in my body - I work many many hours on my feet in a stressful environment and I’ve been searching for a place who isn’t just blindly massaging my body. Chris is the best, made sure he hit every area I needed focus on and made sure I felt comfortable.
Only thing that I believe would be awesome is to play some relaxing music to enhance the experience, like spa music or nature sounds - anything really to optimize and eliminate the silence to help us relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not registered. I wasn't able to get the therapist License number to bill to my insurance.
If your English speaking only, good luck. They barely understand any English. Had to use Google translate, but he still didn't understand.
The service was just okay, definitely not as good as other places I've been to. Okay if you just want quick service while in the mall, otherwise look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our massages. We love it when the room is quiet and you can relax, tune out and just chill. It was so unlike some places where their masseurs keep on talking and whispering to each other. But not here. We appreciated their focus on.the task at hand and they did a great job. Definitely returning soon!
