But the sales, Allen help me to call their channel support and solve those issue. He is a very good sales with the excellent customer service. The mobile shop in this location is great that I never see it before. Thanks team

And the assistant manager Samson gave me a really friendly and fast service!! the whole process only take 5 mins, but he explained the plan and everything very clearly!! excellent service!

He provided excellent service. i didn't have to line up for the promotion cuz he set up an appiontment for mw. i recommend that everyone who needs their plans changed to go to him when theres another awesome promotions like this.

He went in depth with all the different carriers and price points and helped me find a plan best suited for my needs. Would recommend anyone who needs a new phone to come here as all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to Wow Mobile a few weeks ago looking to change my cellular plan to something which better suited my needs. I was continually going over my data, and my bill exceeded $140 every month.
There was one associate in particular who was extremely helpful in finding me a 10GB plan from Rogers for $60. We set an appointment and i came by at a later time. He set me up within 25 minutes even though their booth was bustling.
Today, I came in to unlock a phone I bought off craigslist with an unknown carrier. The assistant manager - Samson, explained the process to me in layman terms and unlocked the phone for me without charge.
I want to especially thank Samson for navigating me through the cellular realm. In the future, I will continue to come to Wow Mobile Boutique for all my cellular needs and will recommend anyone who needs assistance in finding a new plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys know their phones. Being a cellular reseller they get to see the difference between coverage areas and different phone performance. I often talk to them before making a purchase. Parking is accessible in the mall lot. They also have street parking that is paid. Transit is availed from two bus stops and the Aberdeen Canada line stop.
