Sales too pushy, always trying to sell you something, gives you attitude if you refuse. Even if you buy something last time they will always push you to buy more next time. Very awkward and uncomfortable dealing with them. They spend about 1 minute on each IPL treatment, effects are very minimal.

Ipl don't see any good results I've done it for 2 years effect is minimal and facial not good too. I got the packaged for 450$ not worth it and they are very pushy to get laser to removed hair doesn't have any effect. I strongly not recommend Bell oasis ripped off. I give them ???????

I bought a groupon for $200 for laser hair removal for two parts, my legs and for my upper lip. Overall I don't have a problem with the treatment, Rainia was accommodating and was professional at her work it was more the fact the store manager that I had problems with. One day, while I had to go to my laser removal appointment, I bought my little sister (as she had some skin problems on her arm and i wanted to see what Rania can do). So Rania took me in and Elsa took my sister in. Without her or my mom's consent, she rubbed on some type of exfoliating stuff and told me it's $30 bucks but she will give us a good deal for $168. She didn't ask if my sister was allergic or if it's ok, she just put it on. Not knowing that she did only two small parts of the arm, I paid fully and when I got home my sister told me she just rubbed (top of her shoulder area) and that was it. I tried calling her back explaining that my sister did not feel comfortable she says she can only give me store credit and I told her then I would give the credit for my mom for a mask and I will have one. She kept on up selling and said , " you work so you must have a lot of money" I was quite frustrated as that comment is just outright unprofessional and rude. So my mom goes to see Cathy, she had my mom's hair all oily and told her how bad her skin was and that she should come more often. She didn't make my mom feel good during the whole facial and my mom wasn't very pleased with the facial. Rainia helped me with my deep cleaning and advise that I would do a mask (for extra $8) and told me I don't have to pay now I can pay next time when I do my next laser hair removal. The mask was very relaxing and I must she she did a great job. She doesn't pressure me in buying anything and gave me the choice to choose. At the end of the session, she had indicated my last time should be in April. So today I went in and the first thing that Elsa says is not a greeting but "did you bring my money" as I didn't bring my wallet in with me and only had cash. It was $8 but clearly that's all she cares about. She did my laser treatment and during the whole time, she was making conversation on how I should bring my mom over and sister for mask and treatment. When I wanted to set up my next appointment in april, she says that my voucher expired in April 13 and because I did my treatment and need to wait 4-6 week (which is April 20), this is my last treatment then I Was like ok. ( she totally ripped me off my last treatment!) Then she kept on selling me to have a touchup (which means paying more money) and I had said no. I truly apologize to people who are reading this review as it is long and painful for me to type. I don't mind paying more for the money if the service is there, but for some reason this store didn't care about the customers. They want to sell you this sell you that and just want your money. My advice for the people who do want to try it out is that make sure you ask them everything before you buy, because they will up sell you (as my friend's mom had the same experience). I might sound angry and bitter but honestly Rainia did an amazing job with the mask treatment it's just the overall experience could be a lot lot better. If you decide to go and try them out, my honest advice is have them write down everything in black and white otherwise you might have added cost and because you are lying down already...you can't really say no.

I've been to belle oasis beauty centre and it's absolutely amazing. Wynnia helped me and it felt so relaxing, the massages were great, the facials were incredible, and I left the shop feeling fresh, beautiful and confident. I saw results within minutes, one of the best spa expiriences ever. I also tried the IPL machine and I saw fantastic results within a few appointments. It definitely worked for me.
