I called and discussed my needs with a customer service rep and thought I purchased the correct bike for my needs. I took it out for a ride once assembled (easy assembly) and should of purchased the Rize X. When I received the bike I did not receive any of the accessories I purchased. So I called Rize and they send out 3 of the 4 I ordered. Still waiting on the spare battery. Its winter time here in Ontario and the bike is sleeping due to the skinny tires. I would of though with all the conversations I had with them that they would of encouraged me to get the fatter tire bike. O well I’m sure I will enjoy it come summer.
E	Erik Bourdon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received my Fixie last week and Ottawa received 50cm of snow on Monday. Consequently, I have not tried the bike on the road yet. However, assembly was very easy. A small part broke during assembly, I called and they are sending me a new part. No arguing and obvious desire to be helpful. I have no complain there. The bike looks beautiful.
D	Darryl Cromarty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought the bike the end of October. The bike is well built and came with all the extras. The only thing we had to purchase was the Bag for the back rack. We already have 450km on it with absolutely no problems. We also bought a extra battery at the time of purchase and we are still waiting for it. We were told at the time it was on back order. And will be shipped out as soon as they receive it. We shopped around first and found out that Rize offered more with their bike re:fender and all the lighting needed. There were included in the price. :) The other shops sold those as extras and the cost was quite a bit higher. I would absolutely buy another one.

If you are looking for a fun Ebike that can handle road cruising and a little off road fun this thing is great. Rize customer service is very good, I always received email replies back within 48 hours.

These bikes are probably the best looking e-bikes on the market. Had the chance to check out their new 2021 Rize models in their showroom before I made the purchase. The real-life colours look SO MUCH BETTER than the website! Opted for the red colour :)

Supplier/Rize is easy to deal with and prompt to reply to any inquiries. Shipping was delayed due to worldwide pandemic, otherwise no complaints at all. Cant wait to get it out again in the spring.
