Making the advanced reservation to take the test and the location of the test site was easy and convenient to get to. CVM staff were professional, patient and efficient. Got email within the time frame they said it would be and was able to upload results to the Air Canada app to check in. Thanks so much!

CVM Medical at YVR airport is really helpful , Christian 0223 helped me and my son can get the test. He provide me very informative what need to do. Luckily the flight is also delayed. Pheuw... got my result in 30 mins. Thank you so much, Christian for your help to make this process so smooth ! God bless you.
S	Shauna Polly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! Booked an appointment for December 12th for an antigen test for my flight home to Ireland for Christmas for 17:55pm. Arrived at 17:30pm to be told to stand in a queue for registration (which is totally pointless if you have already entered all your details when booking your appointment) to then stand in another queue to get your test once registered. When I got to the front of the registration line I asked what was going on as my appointment time had already passed and my flight was tonight therefore I didn't have time to stand in the next queue and if I could get priority. The staff member told me I have plenty of time and was not allowed to skip the next queue. Got my test at 19:15pm and results at 20:25pm. Result times are advertised on the website as 20-30 minutes this was not the case. Booking of an appointment is completely pointless as this company take walk ins as well. There should be different lines and a new system put in place. I had asked several times to check my results and make it priority as I had a matter of minutes left before my check in closed. I arrived in plenty of time for my test and was advised by this company that 4 hours before is fine. This is incorrect. Entire process was extremely stressful and resulted in missing my flight home for Christmas and paying for a new one which cost $1400. Do not waste your time and money! Extremely dissatisfied customer.

During the test period, my email stopped working as a result of a server issue, and they were not only able to confirm the results has been sent to the email I provided, but verified my identify and gave me a printed copy since I could not access those results (again, not their fault - with the sever fixed now two days later, I can see their email and that it was within the window of time they said). I would easily go back for a test here the next time I need one to fly out of Vancouver.

The location was great as it was very close to the airport. My husband & I were told that our results would be emailed to us within a 1/2 hour but after 1 hour & 20 minutes, I had to email the company looking for my results. Someone did get back to me fairly promptly but they only provided my results, not my husband’s even though they requested both our confirmation numbers. My brother-in-law had to go back to the testing site to get my husband’s results & screenshot & message them to us. This was all very nerve racking as we were in line at the airport waiting to check in for our flight.

CVM has an excellent, easy to use website, it is straightforward to book and securely pay for the appointment. In our case, we booked two tests and needed to cancel one of them. The online process to cancel or change an appointment was easy. Our refund was completed within an hour. Their communication is top notch. From the first confirmation email, appointment reminders and clear instructions with directions to the testing facility. CVM Medical sets a high standard for remote site testing. They are well staffed to handle a lot of testing and follow up with results in less than an hour. Thank you for making the process to get a Covid test so easy and friendly! Jeff C. Florida
T	This food on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from the booking to receiving my results. Booking the appointment was easy online. There is an online chat that I used for further questions and for when I was confused on which test I needed to do for my travel. The online chat was very useful. There are 5-10 minute time slots you can book. I paid online after booking the time. All you need on the day of is a govt ID, mask, and to arrive a few minutes before hand. Friendly staff and quick testing! Received my results in 30 minutes that day. Thank you!
