★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very professional and quick. The appointment slots were not overbooked and I did not have to wait long after arrival. The whole processes was completed in in 15 min from the point I entered the door and I received email results within the next 20 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I registered for the rapid antigen test...I put in my flight details and thought it was done.
The night before my flight I realize I made a mistake. I tried calling, emailing...no answer.
luckily the next morning I was able to go to the clinic early and get the test done. Not much of a wait.
The results will be emailed online 1 hour later unlike other places that will print it out for you right there. They emailed it in 15 minutes.
Short of it: No one will answer or return your call/email... but in-person service is decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A welcoming and supportive environment in which the doctor tried to respond to requests gently and positively. She guides and listens to you patiently. The same day result was fast and I got it around 6 pm (sample collection time 9:45 am). So, I can highly recommend this PCR/Antigen test center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, made online booking at 10am for 1145am Covid antigen test appointment. Arrived at 1110am; Carlos (great young man) tested us straight away, results emailed within 11/2hrs, all good.
Actual test was CAD104 whereas some other places are cheaper but we are very happy with the convenient location and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the most efficient way to get tested before boarding a cruise ship in Vancouver. It's a short bus ride from the city center, and an even shorter train ride back to the center. We got the results within the hour, there was not waiting time, no line inside the office, very pleased with this service! They take credit cards so payment is easy.
