★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily..the worst service I’ve ever had at an art supply store. Way understaffed, stock out of place or empty.
Gave my membership number to the cashier assuming that would apply the usual coupon..Apparently with a recent management change, policy is now not to apply said coupon unless it is specifically asked for. Thankfully I checked my receipt before getting on the bus.
The real question is how many elderly people are they stealing dollars from? Get it together Michaels…wish there was another art store on broadway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad store, a bit crammed compared to the Burnaby store. Cashier was slow, didn't notice the line she had created. Someone in line had to ask her to call for help. Staff was friendly, though the first clerk couldn't find what I was looking for. I knew that I was very close to the correct shelf. First time shopping in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge store offering everything for crafts and artsy supplies. Even glass cutting. Was in and out with my somewhat unusual order which they filled quickly and correctly. Koodos to this store for great staff, great layout and excellent choices of in stock items. They can custom order quickly as well if needed.....

They always have great deals and makes picking up any hobby easy
I've been painting for five years on and off and just picked up a new watercolour set and brushes for under thirty dollars. Michael's is great for any and all.crestive types.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought some graduation supplies - 12 x 12 album, 2 scrapbook pads, stickers, and 2 cupcake liners. Supplies were fine. But my experience with the cashier was very dishonest. Since I had multiple of items to pay for, she asked if I needed a bag that will cost 15 cents. I said yes. She rung the items and the bag. Paid for it. Then the cashier said that we only have small bags. They ran out of bags with the handles. This is so dishonest. Should have let me know before ringing the cost of the bag. I could have put the items in my purse and held the larger items. This will be the last time I will be at this store location. Not cool at all....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mostly go for yarn and it's really hit and miss if they have stock or not. Usually pretty good deals but prices just jumped up (2022) quite alot so I only really go if there's a deal on. Pretty good for a large selection on crafts and stuff but don't get your hopes up cause they have stocking issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love craft stores so I could walk around this place for hours (and have). Great yarn selection, good sales on decorations closer to the holidays. The staff are always very helpful with finding stock and the lovely woman at the custom framing counter has helped me out too. I love the products stocked, and the staff are lovely, great all round.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was absolutely fantastic to come here and pick up some boxes of poly-fil for a plush pokemon cover we bought for my son. I had support from staff and expertise on what and how much do I need to achieve my needs.
Parking available, pick up services for multiple items, price way cheaper than Amazon.
The happy face on my son says more than words.
