★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Rath for stretchers and panels for many years. Their insistence on quality and fair pricing has always been a great part of the service. The new owners seem determined to improve on even those high standards, confirming options and updating all details of the build process to make sure I'm completely satisfied with the end result. Their selection of products and raw materials is impressive for its discernment and pricing, and they support local artists with their window displays. This place is a treasure.

Prices were very reasonable, and they carry a diverse supply of high quality goods, not limited to stationary. The lady at the front (shop owner?) was knowledgeable and personable and did not pressure me into purchasing anything. I would recommend and hope to come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Real awesome staff, really friendly (owner?) I think shes almost always running the shop since its a small independent store. Got quite the nice collection of supplies. They may not have everything but their sufficiently large collection will suffice considering the small store. Been here a few times and its my fav local art store. ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here Rath Art supplies to purchase a couple items such as a wood board for painting, masking tape and specific size of paper pads. They didn't have any of these... Some items were sold out, or don't carry them.
It is a small business so I understand they may have smaller inventory than bigger stores, but I would rather go to a larger store to find what I'm looking for. The owner is nice and friendly.
