I was so lucky to meet Philip and I immediately knew I will only deal with him from that point on. The knowledge, advice, customer service are outstanding and Philip will find what you are looking for regardless of your knowledge or budget. I am so happy now that Philip has his own store and I will always recommend to anyone his services! AN
E	Eds C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in a beautiful space in Mount Pleasant, Phil and Scot run one of the best hi-fi audio equipment stores in Vancouver. Truly a hidden gem for music lovers in our rainy city. Audiofi carries a wide selection of equipment for a wide range of budgets, from a starter bookshelf system to la crème de la crème of modern audio decadence. Phil and Scot specialize in scouring the world in search of the best contemporary brands. The only thing about audiofi that outshines it's variety is the knowledge and warmheartedness of Phil and Scot. I had a 45 minute appointment with Phil which ended up being closer to an hour and a half of checking out the cornucopia of gear inside the store. Prepare to listen to multiple gorgeous systems and discuss any style of music from Bach to Beck. Even if you are just window shopping or looking for a small upgrade, audiofi is the place to go to satisfy your hi-fi needs.

Phillip was able to answer any questions I had to make sure I was able to have the set up I wanted, and went above and beyond at making sure I had what I needed. When delays to the delivery of my turntable meant that I would be be waiting for a few unexpected month, he even went so far as to provide me with a loaner so that I could enjoy my new speakers and records in the mean time. I'll definitely be using AudioFi for all my future needs!

I booked an in-store consultation and took advantage of their offer to send over a description of my wants and needs in advance by email. When I arrived, they had a system matching my requirements already set up for listening. We examined other options also, but the original system configuration was on the mark. They listened carefully to my questions - even if not necessarily phrased in the correct audiophile vernacular - and provided clear explanations related to the system as tested and also pathways for hypothetical future expansion. I left the store very satisfied the experience and am excited to pick up my new system in a couple of weeks.

Very knowledgeable and excellent service (he even set up my phono pre amp to work with the new cartridge). Very impressed and happy with how he set up my turntable and his vast knowledge of audio gear. Philip and Scot helped me with a recent power cord/interconnect and speaker cable upgrade. I have known Scot for many years and was happy to find out he is now at Audiofi. Scot has always provided me with above and beyond service, I'm very happy with my purchases and the excellent service from both Scot and Philip. Highly recommend these guys! My new favourite audio store in Vancouver. Very cool store and great location.

In addition, I recently picked up some Monitor Audio Silver 50 7G bookshelf loudspeakers. Philip took the time to discuss my needs and demo many options to ensure the best fit. In the case of the loudspeakers it took a couple of tries to get things right but Philip was patient and listened to my needs and the result was the perfect choice for my apartment size and sound requirements. In addition, Philip makes his own custom speaker cabinets so he really knows his stuff. Highly recommended!
