★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in a heavily black backed print to be framed and Karen scuffed it while choosing frames, the print had a warning with it to be extremely careful as it’s delicate and I showed her the warning. She touched the print and scuffed and then sent me an email saying these types of prints are “almost impossible to handle especially in black” and offered me 50 % off framing to make up for it. After an email or 2 they offered to replace the print, but I would suggest if you have a delicate print you take it somewhere else
