★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I grabbed a test the day before my flight at their clinic in Prince George . I was waited for 24 hours did not received my results. After called life lab, I figured the nurse Jana never delivered my sample and she still tried to hide the fact over the phone call. So I came in to the lab 1.5 hour before my departure. After she put me wait for 10 mins ,she said human error could happen, two samples were not delivered to life lab, Unfortunately I was one of them. She never wanted to apologize for her mistake until I told her to do so. She said sorry but she didn’t have to feel upset about this.
I had to grab another test at yvr which cost me another $500 to get my test results over layover time.
Jana agreed to give me refund for the test and cover the cost of the second test that i did at Yvr. I called the office they said they were going to do the same thing. Since then I never heard a word from them. I sent a email for follow up, nothing came back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was planning on driving to the US on Sunday so called to book a covid test on Saturday. They booked me in for Sunday at 12. At 10 am on Sunday I got a message saying my test was cancelled. When I called to ask what happened they informed me they don’t do testing on weekends…. This should have been communicated way earlier as now I’m stuck trying to find a place to get a test last minute.

So happy with the service I received a day prior to my travel . Staff are very knowledgeable and the process is very well organized. Recommending this centre if you need Covid test for your trip.
An update: received my PCR test result in less than 24 Hrs. Sample collected on 9:35 AM, result sent next day on 9:22 AM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent and quick service! I went there to do my PCR test at around 11:30 am in early Jan and I received my result next day at around 9 am. They also sent me the ISO 15189 certificate that I needed for my trip to Hong Kong. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everthing was very good, fast, professional and on time. It would be nice if they tell clearly the estimated delivery time, which is closer to 24 hours than 48h. Flying companies usually request a maximum of 48 hours so it's unclear if we will have the results on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This test center is a joke ? Just ignore all the positive comments I bet they just pay people for it. I booked a test from their website, no-one showed up and I called their office more than 10 times no-one picked up the phone. If you wanna miss your flight, its the ideal place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amani Travel is incredible! They responded quickly to all my emails, clearly answered all my questions, and tested my large group of over 50 at our hotel for a conference. They were so accommodating with our group and took such a burden of stress off my shoulders knowing they had it covered and I’d have everyone tested in time to return to the United States. Would highly recommend their professionalism and efficiency!
