Went for a PCR test prior to travel, but CTC were unable to deliver the results on time. I was given a heads up, but with little notice to secure a 2nd test and no offer of an expedited solution. They obviously don't actually care about providing any decent customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. Same cost as the reliable, fast and convenient clinic at the airport. Will never come here again and would advise you to do the same.

The service I received in the actual clinic was very good!!! BUT getting into the parking lot with all the one way streets and construction is awful. PLUS the signing for the lab is confusing....myself and two others ended up on the incorrect floor due to the lobby signing. Other than that once inside was great.

Super friendly, efficient and professional testing clinic. We got our results within two hours for a RAT, allowing us to get on a plane home! Cant speak highly enough of how good they were.

Excellent experience. No fuss whatsoever. Extremely convenient and fast. Very helpful staff that answer all of your questions. Completely "idiot proof"- almost like buying groceries or grabbing a cup of coffee. Ideal for anyone getting a test for the first time and is nervous/anxious, like I was.

We travelled recently to Vancouver and had to take a pre-departure ART. I am very grateful we found the Canadian Travel Clinic online. It was so easy to make the reservations for my family. When we arrived, the Clinic professionals on duty were so helpful and I am particularly appreciative of how very kind they were to my 88 year old Mom. Test was done very quickly, and we received the results very soon after. Thank you so much :)

I am very pleased with my experience. I did quite a research to find a place to do the PCR test with the most ease and not a complicated procedure even before you arrive to the site. It is just easy to book right on their page the location, the date and time... and you are done just show up and in about 5 minutes you are done and out of the door. The results came the next day at the time we were told. I really recommend this clinic: easy, fast, efficient and to the point. Much easier than whatever Lifelabs do, which is asking quite a few steps and pay online before you even get to the site.

I had to have a Covid test the same as my departure day for an evening flight. As soon as I landed on the Canadian Travel Clinic web site, I booked a spot at 10:00am (it was 9:40am), jumped on my bike and went to be tested. The people were super friendly and professional. Got the test done and the result came 1.5 hour later. Super efficient and friendly place. Highly recommended!

This was not a great experience. I'm a fully vaccinated and boosted US citizen, and tested positive for COVID with very mild symptoms shortly after I arrived in Vancouver. I completed the quarantine period and delayed my flight home as was appropriate (in fact for longer than required,) and scheduled an antigen test for my return flight. I informed the testing technician of what had happened, because I thought it might be relevant, and he refused to test me because he said I needed a letter of recovery instead. Because I'm not Canadian, I don't have a BC health card or Canadian family doctor and had no practical way of getting the letter while in Canada. Furthermore, while a letter of recovery _can_ substitute for a test and the tests _can_ return false positives after infection, the letter is not required and regardless, I'd have to take a test to get the letter even if it was available. I understand that regulations are rapidly changing and I don't expect everybody to be up to date on everything, but I know the regulations VERY well and had all of the information available. I was nevertheless told that I had to call public health, and spent 30 minutes outside on the phone with officials who only reconfirmed what I already knew, and in fact told me that a letter of recovery must be from the area in which you reside, meaning I'd HAVE to go home first. I returned to the clinic and insisted, and then was told I had to call my airline, despite the fact that I had shown the technician my airline's very clearly stated, easy-to-understand policy on their website. All in all I spent well over an hour convincing the technician to let me pay for my test. Fortunately I tested negative, as expected, and boarded my plane and returned home safely, as expected. Had there been any sort of safety concern at play here, or had there been a recent government policy change that would have affected this, or had the technician simply been willing to accept my profoundly obvious statement that I was not holding him (or the clinic) responsible for either the result or the usefulness of my test, or frankly any discernible reason at all for this, I wouldn't be writing this review. But here we are.
