Although it does seem to have a clean environment, it appeared to me and my wife that the management team has no idea what they are doing. I asked to speak with a manager, and for whatever reason, it seemed to me that the managers did not want to speak with me. It appeared that staff were trying to cover up for managers not wanting to address a concern from a customer. I empathize with the staff, but am ashamed of the managers at this "clinic." I would suggest going elsewhere and spending your money on an establishment that knows what they are doing. Sometimes, poor managers have a brilliant way of sweet talking, and putting up a front with the public, but in fact are terrible at providing decent customer service.
P	Patrick Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medisys Vancouver did not hit the mark for me. If you go to a private health clinic, you expect everything to be top notch (after all you’re paying top dollar). This clinic did not deliver. I was a seated in a lounge that didn’t look clean with dirty dishes and products that were already expired. Most of the facility seemed very outdated and in need of renovation. Staff was friendly overall, the receptionist however was not very welcoming. Not worth the money.

Although the doctor is great (Dr. Masri) the person that greeted me at reception wasn't very friendly. I felt like I was an annoyance or an inconvenience to her. Now, I'm not a clean freak, but the waiting area wasn't clean, and some of the staff weren't wearing face masks. I think this should be the bare minimum during a pandemic, especially for a preventive health clinic.

I made my medical check appointments with someone working at this clinic and confirmed details like date, time, and what I need to bring. I went exactly following with my appointment schedule, but they didn't book with my name. Michaela explained to me how their appointment works repeatedly more than 5 times like telling me it's my fault. Even I confirmed at least twice before I hung up. Her attitude is worst to explain the situation even that caused by them. Never apologies at the moment. I was totally fine my appointment wasn't made but the huge problem was how she delivered the situation. She also told me other patients just confirmed with their availability, however, it's not my concern and again, I confirmed my appointment twice. They had better train her do not offend their clients.

P	P D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent - I would recommend these guys if you have been searching for the 'answer' for a mysterious medical issue for years. That was my experience ... perhaps 10+ years of inhalers, relaxants, etc, etc a complete nightmare. I got desperate and decided to try these guys. Yes, it might be more money than you think you were going to pay ... and yes, they will test everything from head to foot. Let them do their due diligence. Remember they have just met you and need to baseline your medical scenario. From there they will select specialists specific to your issue. I found their close connections to these specialists meant that I would be seeing some of the BEST Vancouver has to offer. Keep in mind that may not be the end of your journey ... I still had to deal with their skepticism as I 'look healthy'. What you will get is a professional who will do their due diligence despite any misgivings. This is how i found my medical issue ... and of course was rushed to VGH. Bottom line - without this team I would probably be dead by now ... so if you are on the fence i would recommend it. I can see there are a few complaints about their reception etc online ... I would still strongly recommend trying these guys.

I've received wonderful care from both physicians - very experienced, excellent professionals! I recently needed to see Dr. Gordon on a medical issue. I called and I spoke to a live individual who told me that I would receive a call back soon. Within an hour, I was called and I had an appointment with Dr. Gordon for the next day. I was there at the appointed hour and was seen promptly. And my issue was dealt with to my total satisfaction. I recommend them!
J	Jo Jo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS!!!. I went for my first time executive medical appointment and the experience was utterly displeasing. Receptionist was on her phone TEXTING while I was waiting to be checked in. She waited until she was done before checking me in. Hire better receptionists MANAGEMENT. My arm is now bruised because the lab tech couldn’t find my vein to take my blood, she poked me close to ten times. I asked to speak to management, management was hiding and made their admin staff, and inexperienced receptionist speak to me. Management does not care for their customers, and we are giving them THOUSANDS of our hard earned money. Long story short, this clinic is a huge scam. They take your money to do the most basic medical checkups, and not to mention, management staff and front end people are absolutely inexperienced, uneducated, and unqualified for their jobs. CEO - replace staff ASAP before you lose even more clients, because you lost me for sure. PS- all other “positive” reviews are fake. Do not believe those reviews because management writes it themselves. Pay close attention to the reviews from people that have actually been to this clinic, such as myself and many others below. AVOID AVOID AVOID this clinic. A huge scam. Terrible service. Horrible management.
