**They failed to deliver the test results in time for my flight as promised**
I made checkin for my flight with seconds to spare, nearly ruined my family trip - luckily we went to the airport despite note having my results (very stressful!) and there found an alternative provider that saved my butt with a near-instant rapid test. While awaiting the results that never came I called their customer service a dozen or so times, no help
