★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was informed that I needed to get yellow fever shot as a priority based on my travel plan and that they we unavailable until a later date. I arrived in Toronto and found a different clinic that had it in stock , only to be informed that it is not a requirement for where I will be visiting. Paid additional fees for consultation that was not required. Not an inexpensive 'mistake'.
The doctor has handouts in black and white (a map) that explicitly state at the bottom they should not be in black and white.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably my own fault for not thoroughly reading through the website, but I was not aware there was a consultation fee per person (even for my 3 month old baby who received no travel vaccines). I feel like they should advise you the price of the consultation when you book. I would have just gone to my family doctor of I had known I would have to pay $105 for the three of us. Also, they dont tell you the price of the recommended vacines in advance. They just tell you what you need, give you the shots and then tell you to settle up on your way out. The handout they gave me with travel info about rabies is strangely full of spelling errors (bats is spelled bates) which makes me feel a little less confident in the info. The staff, however, are lovely and super professional.
