Do not go into this clinic. They take appointments only and send you to urgent care whether your symptoms are covid or not. If you signed up to work for healthcare and are making $$$, it’s your responsibility to deal with challenges. They like making the dollars but not providing patient care. Big wastage of tax dollars!

Had a 2pm appoimtment after a 2 day wait. No call and no courtesy call to say why. Sat on hold...finally put in number for call back. Still waiting so it looks like there will be no appointment today. Save your time and go elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr.Kate which is one of the great Dr's at the clinic. I've been a patient here for the past year and I've had the best treatment solutions I've had compared to pervious MDs. The compassion,understanding,and knowledge here is unparalleled and that extends to the receptionist and pharmacists who have always helped me find the perfect supplements and products that they offer in the clinic shelves for sale which is another reason why this is my favorite clinic and one stop shop since they have everything from soap to Manuka honey and protein powder. I highly recommend this clinic for a your health and supplements and organic natural sourced products

I have been seeing Dr Wiley for two years at Sina and could not be happier with this doctor. I have just gotten an acupuncture treatment from her and it was the most relaxing and helpful treatment I have had. All the tension in my shoulders and back had vanished the following morning post treatment. She also makes personalized herbal flower Bach remedies that have really helped alot for my anxiety.

I would not recommend this clinic. Had a appointment scheduled with Dr Christina Wang for 10am and still had no call or update at 11:30am. I tried to call the clinic front desk but there was a 30mins wait for that as well. It is not ok to make patients wait two hours for an appointment with no way of getting a hold of someone to find out what was going on.

The entire staff is highly unprofessional. I have had Dr. Negar Hafizi for only a short time. Each time she says she is going to give me a note she wants $46 and wants me to call her every month to get one. I have decided to not have her as a doctor any longer. She did not listen to me and only seems concerned in making money. She is always late for appointments and never acknowledges or apologizes for it. I have to call to follow up on prescriptions and referrals each time I speak with her. Whenever I need a phone call returned the system hangs up on me. As a health care professional I do not recommend this clinic!

I’ve been a client of Sina Medical for 2 years now and never had an issue except for some appointments starting a bit late which is normal and understandable. Today, however, I had the worst experience with them. I had made two appointments from 9 to 9:20 (20 min) since I needed my Dr (Abolfazli) to fill out a form that takes only 2 minutes, but not only did she call me on time, when she called last second at 9:20 she only told me that she’ll fill out the form (whennn??) and later they charged me $90 because it took dr’s time!!!!! when she must’ve done it during my appointment... Doctors are liable by law to take care of their patience during an appointment, and not to miss their appointment and charge clients for taking their time!!!!! I was definitely not expecting this from Sina Medical and will pursue a complain with the necessary organization.

I want to stress that, the doctors and the individual receptionists seem super nice. But I'd recommend patience if you need to make an appointment or figure anything out remotely. The phone queue system they have is new and still has the occasional bug Not the individual worker's fault cause they're doing the best with what they have, but it is what it is. If for whatever reason the queue doesn't work for you, or you're don't receive a call back by the end of the day, try calling back! Once again, the doctors and receptionists with whom I spoke were great and receptive to feedback. Everyone is super kind, and I would recommend this clinic.
